Ho gradito molto la posizione strategica e ben collegata con i mezzi verso tutte le zone della città. La facciata principale da sul London Eye veramente suggestiva! Il personale alla reception e a colazione davvero cortese e ben disponibile e professionale. Struttura moderna. Colazione abbondante variegata e sempre ben rifornita.
Il prezzo non rispecchia la qualità offerta dalla struttura per via della carenza di pulizia. Gli ambienti comuni tipo la ristorazione o la hall della reception e sala comune sono pulitissimi e profumati. Ma la nostra stanza nonostante passasse la pulizia tutti i giorni era altamente carente di pulizia. Il primo giorno abbiamo trovato cimici, in alcuni angoli della stanza, che sono rimaste lì per tutta la settimana. Non avere il bidet in una struttura così moderna ci ha fatto strano anche se sapevamo che in Inghilterra non tutti o quasi nessuno lo usa. La stanza era parecchio polverosa e così è rimasta per tutto il soggiorno. L’aria nel bagno chiuso senza finestra non sembrava funzionare e lo abbiamo fatto presente ma ci è stato detto che era solo una nostra impressione perché la bocchetta dell’aria è nuovissima e quindi silenziosa, fatto sta che i cattivi odori non venivano minimamente aspirati. Sulle lenzuola vi erano degli aloni che son rimasti lì per tutto il soggiorno (6notti),e gli asciugamani se pure venivano cambiati sin dal primo giorno avevano un odore fortissimo di olio fritto. Non profumavano minimamente. I muri aveva macchie e aloni anch’essi trascurati e non sistemati. Non abbiamo detto nulla perché abbiamo immaginato questo fosse il grado massimo di pulizia e cura dato che le pulizie venivano eseguite quotidianamente e non lo abbiamo fatto presente anche perché il personale era davvero molto gentile e cortese.
Öncelikle resepsiyondaki personelin yardımseverliğine ve güleryüzlülüğüne çok teşekkür ederim. Odaları devamlı temiz tuttular ve her gün çarşaflarımızı yenileriyle değiştirdiler. Yataklar ve yastıklar çok rahattı. Temizlik kusursuzdu. Kahvaltı güzeldi ve margherita pizza lezzetliydi.
Tesisin konumu çok güzel, Westminster'a ve Westminster metrosuna yürüyerek 18 dakika, Waterloo Metro Aktarma Merkezi'ne yürüyerek 15 dakika ve Lambeth North metrosuna yürüyerek 8 dakika. Otobüsle ve metro ile ulaşımı çok kolay. Bir daha konaklarsam tercih ederim.
First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the staff at the reception for their helpfulness and friendliness. They kept the rooms consistently clean and changed our bed linens with fresh ones every day. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was good, and the Margherita pizza was delicious.
The location of the property is excellent: it is an 18-minute walk to Westminster and Westminster Underground Station, a 15-minute walk to Waterloo Underground Interchange, and an 8-minute walk to Lambeth North Underground Station. It is very easy to get around by bus and the Underground. I would choose to stay here again.

Shower was fantastic, room was decent size and in a good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful
It was an executive room with higher rate but the fridge didn't work, there was only one tiny window and there was a loud mechanical sound all day and night and the ac made a sound like a leaking faucet. Not worth the very high rate

The layout of the bedroom with 2 adults and one child was a little awkward with positioning of mirrors to get hair dried etc. didn't like the toilet being in a separate room from the shower

There must be a special level of hell for poor hotel room designers. The room is very basic with minimal amenities. Shower had only body wash and shampoo; no hair conditioners, body lotion, or shower caps. The mirror is on the wall at a right angle to the sink; the magnifying face mirror is set at the proper height for a tall man. On either side of the modern, very shallow sink is a scant six inches of space for your toiletry bag. Clearly, no one thought that women might stay here. There are no outlets to plug in your phone by the bed, only on the desk on the other side of the room. The overpriced breakfast buffet 21£ is very mediocre. Go down the street one block to the Rise and Dine cafe for a full English breakfast for half the price.
Because the room was booked through a travel agency we were not able acquire any Accor Hotel points (which certainly doesn’t happen with Hilton or Marriott).
The room itself was otherwise adequate but you can do better.
