Séjour agréable en famille
Pros:

Séjour agréable pour notre famille de 4 personnes. Le lit de nos enfants était un canapé lit avec un matelas très mince et peu confortable. Chambre correcte et spacieuse quoi qu'un peu défraichie. Toute le nécessaire y est pour ne manquer de rien. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est correct mais loin d'être extraordinaire, beaucoup de monde et le réassort était assez long.
Sauna sympathique en fin de journée. Un peu à l'écart de l'hyper centre mais cela n'est pas plus mal. Nous avons pu bénéficier d'un bon prix en réservant longtemps à l'avance.

Cons:

Quartier vers la Tamise assez sûr, mais de l'autre côté il ne faut pas trainer trop tard la nuit. Grand hôtel donc accueil assez froid. Rien de bien méchant toutefois et nous conseillons cet établissement.

La cisterna hacía mucho ruido y el primer día la sábana estaba rota, pero muy rota, que cuando se hizo la cama se vio de sobra, el segundo día la cambiaron

Great Value, Great Location
Pros:

Location is great
If you have your car they have a decent size car park which for us there were lots of spaces available and a decent headroom for a large car which is unusual in London

Cons:

Small plates for brekkie - this really let them down if I’m honest - I understand why they have done it but it just grinds my wheels that the only way they can stop people piling up their plates is to give us a child’s plate !
