The room was lovely and big enough for our family of 5. There is nothing around this hotel and it is at least 20 minutes from Malaga. you need transport to get anywhere from here. The breakfast was nice and fresh and plenty of choice. the evening buffet was also fresh with plenty of choice. We stayed for 4 nights after a touring trip of Andalucia, this hotel was great to unwind after a busy 2 weeks of exploring and sightseeing but we wanted something out of the city. The arcade was an added bonus for the children, the pool bar served good quality food and not too expensive. The kids club was great and the staff were full of energy.
The room doors slam so I was woken up every morning by another room slamming their doors. I noticed that ours also slammed if left to close on its own. No one on reception told us about registering our car in the car park when we arrived, so when we came to go out in a rush the barrier would not open to let us out. Very annoying!! In this hotel a number of people reserve sunbeds and don't use them. I sat by the pool for 2 hours by sunbeds that no one used or came back to, one of my children sat on the grass as there were no sunbeds available. This should be addressed.
