Pros:

The lobby area, staff was very friendly and helpfull, breakfast, pool area, the view from our room, everyday cleaning😊

Cons:

The outside look of the hotel, rooms and bathrooms need some renovation, no drinks in the minibar( there were indeed vending machines in the lobby), maybe some more things "courtesy of" taking into consideration that is a 4 * hotel.
On the day of our check- out we were allowed to use a "courtesy room" for shower and change of clothes as the late check- out was not available for our room and we were a little bit taken by surprise when one of the cleaning staff was very upset that we used the bed in the room to put the clothes on and sit on it while putting our shoes on. She told us the the room is only for taking a shower and nothing more. I tried to explain myself but...😳

Pros:

Viešbutis ramioje, bet strategiškai geroje vietoje, ant jūros kranto. Iki oro uosto 15 min., iki Malaga senamiesčio 20 min. automobiliu. Labai rekomenduoju rinktis kambarį su vaizdu tiesiai į jūrą. Kambarys pakankamai erdvus, didelės lovos patogus dušo kambarys (su bide), yra mini šaldytuvas, oro kondicionorierius.
Labai gausūs pusryčiai, šviežias ir skanus maistas. Itin paslaugus ir malonus personalas.
Didelis baseinas (~30 m.) Suaugusiems atskirai mažiems vaikams. Nuostabi jūra vos už kelių žingsnių, įrengti dušai nusiprausti sūrų vandenį. Ant jūros kranto restoranas, kuriame rekomenduočiau aplansilankyti bent kartą. Nemokamas automobilio parkavimas už viešbučio teritorijos (bent jau Spalio mėn.)

Cons:

Viešbutį būtų galima bent šiek tiek renovuoti, perdažyt sienas. Pusryčiai savaitgaliais galėtų būti iki 12:00. Baseino zona atidaroma tik nuo 11:00, kai lankytojai (Spalio pradžioj) rinkdavosi nuo 10:00.

La ubicación y el personal del hotel

Cons:

La habitación daba a unas maquinas de refrigeración que estaban las 24h encendidas. Tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas cerradas porque el ruido era molesto.

Bestellen von Taxi hat nicht geklappt. Dadurch mussten wir zu fünft 2 Taxis nehmen. Wurde praktisch doppelt so teuer wie grosses Taxi

Lovely hard working staff really made an effort.

Disappointing 1-night stay in what is more of a budget hotel than a 4 stars.
Pros:

breakfast buffer was quite complete, fresh, and nice with a varied offering.

Cons:

From the photos, the hotel appears to be a nice 4* resort by the water, the reality is more towards a 3* with tired rooms and public spaces. Check-in was not very welcoming nor helpful when we asked for a room with one bed instead of two, no efforts nor care shown; did not give us the cards for towels, so had to go back to get them... checkout was as disappointing, no thank you, safe travels, or hope to see you soon...just OK when brought the keys, and had already gotten the

Cons:

My room wasn’t up to 4 star standard, there were marks all over the walls, the shower door was broke, the wood in the cupboard was chipped and it was full of ants. Also, they need to be clearer on what facilities can be used as I was told to upgrade my stay if I wanted to go in the restaurant, have a towel or use the roof top bar and I did not know this prior to arriving.

Für eine letzte Übernachtung vor dem Rückflug tipptopp!
Pros:

Wir machten eine Rundreise durch Andalusien und haben unsere letzte Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Ausgewählt haben wir dieses hauptsächlich, da es sehr nahe am Flugplatz liegt. Es ging uns entsprechend einfach um eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht vor dem Rückflug. So gesehen war das Hotel tipptopp.
Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr freundlich, das Zimmer gross und sauber, die Poolanlage toll und die Lage direkt am Meer war auch nicht ohne.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass das Hotel eher auf Massentourismus ausgerichtet ist. Zum Abendessen gab es ein Buffet, welches uns nicht wirklich überzeugt hat. Auch das Frühstück war zwar irgendwie gut, aber eben auch irgendwie so Massentourismus mässig.

Pros:

The hotel was really beautifull and service was good. Good variety of food for breakfast. It has its own parking. Room was spacious with 2 smaller double beds. Room was clean and we had a nice view. It's 15 minutes from Malaga city centre.

Pros:

L’emplacement et la vue depuis les chambres sur la mer. L’accueil des personnes à la réception. Petit déjeuner copieux.
