Room was clean although it was small.
The room was clean and small for family of 4 and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet whenever it was flushed.

Pokój czysty z oknem które dało się otworzyć. Czajnik i lodówka w pokoju, łazienka czysta. Dużym plusem jest dostęp dla gości do kawy, soków i lodów przez cały dzień. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i przemiła. Bardzo dużym plusem jest lokalizacja hotelu ponieważ obok są dwie linie metra.
Pokój malutki, nie można otworzyć dużej walizki bo później nie ma miejsca żeby przejść. Zabrakło śniadań kontynentalnych, więc jeśli ktoś nie przepada za kuchnią japońska to lepiej zrezygnować ze śniadań.
Obsługa podczas śniadań wskazuje gościom miejsca do siedzenia. Jednego dnia pozwolono nam wybrać samemu miejsce jednak po chwili poproszono nas o zmianę miejsca, ponieważ (tak to odebrałyśmy) według zasad dwie kobiety nie powinny siedzieć naprzeciwko, a jedynie obok siebie.
Ponadto któregoś dnia znalazłam pod drzwiami informację, że zgodnie z zasadami hotelu po trzech dniach obsługa ma obowiązek wejść do pokoju i go posprzątać. Niestety podczas rezerwacji nie było o tym żadnej wzmianki, co bardzo mi się nie spodobało. Goście nie mają w tej kwestii właściwie wyboru - hotel narzuca wejście personelu do pokoju niezależnie od preferencji gościa.

La higiene; escasa. La moqueta los sofás puertas y paredes sucias , sábanas amarillentas y con manchas de sangre de huéspedes anteriores. Todo lleno de polvo.
Primero no teníamos jabones en la bañera y el baño sucio .. después vimos en el edredón sangre de otras personas y por último nos perdieron la almohada d d viaje al meterla
Con las sábanas sucias ( cierto es que después apareció pero ni se ofrecieron a lavarla ellos) observamos que los mismos de la recepción se encargan de “limpiar” y cambiar las basuras del comedor … por lo q el suelo en una semana que estuvimos allí no lo vimos limpiar porque estaba la misma mancha desde el primer día … además de encontrar detrás del sofá una uña postiza que tampoco limpiaron en toda la estancia …el 9,1 de limpieza no sé de dónde salió un hotel muy poco higiénico, sorpréndete para ser Japón. Desde luego no repetiría , además cierto que tiene metro cerca pero muy malas conexiones ..
Stanza e bagno spaziosi, letto e cuscino comodi, divanetto, sedia e tavolo molto utili. Staff cordiale e pronto ad aiutare. Ottima scelta per la colazione.
Poteva avere dello spazio più ampio a fianco al letto da usare come comodino. La posizione era molto buona per he vicina alla metro, ma non ha grandi attrazioni visitabili a piedi nelle vicinanze.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, stacja metra 2 minuty drogi, dużo restauracji w pobliżu jak i duży market spożywczy oraz wytwórnie sushi. Śniadania bardzo dobre i duży wybór. Pokój sprzątany na bieżąco
