Character, comfortable hotel in good location with excellent breakfast
Pros:

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Great location, 2 minute walk from bus and tram stops plus easy walking to centre.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Den Haag
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt im Carlton Ambassador Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, das Frühstück lecker und die Lage in Den Haag wirklich gut. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige und gemütliche Atmosphäre im Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nichts, was uns negativ aufgefallen ist. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

- sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem nahe am Zentrum
- ruhige Flure durch Teppichboden
- Straßenbahn um die Ecke
- Klimaanlage
- großes Bad
- solides Frühstück (am Wochenende bis 11:00)
- Restaurant im Haus
- Parkplatz am Hotel

Cons:

- mir sind die Betten oft zu hart- hier war es auch so
- Frühstücksbuffet könnte reichhaltiger sein

Het was een aangename kennismaking met dit hotel vooral dankzij het supervriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Ik schrijf heel graag dat het personeel uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Een voorbeeld van hoe het altijd zou moeten zijn. Het ontbijt was alles wat je nodig hebt 's morgens.

Cons:

We hebben de eerste dag 's avonds in het hotel gegeten en om eerlijk te zijn vond ik dat niet echt super. Dat is voor mij zowat het enige dat beter kon. De keuze was ook vrij beperkt.
