Pros:

Bijzonder ontvangst. Zeer behulpzaam.
Leuk hotel met koffie/thee faciliteiten.
Een aanrader.
Ruime kamer

Cons:

Het gordijn behoeft enige aandacht, als tip.
De airco pufte zich suf, waardoor het niet heel koel was. ( het was die dag 34C)

初めて、このホテルを利用してまず部屋にテレビのリモコンがなくて、頼んだのに20分30分経ってから持ってきたのが電池がなくテレビをつけることができなかった。そこでさらにリモコンを変えてもらうよう､頼んだのですが、40分ぐらい経っても来ないので受付に行って私の方から頼むことになった。従業員同士の連絡網が不十分だったのがとても残念だった。さらにエアコンが全然効かず非常に暑かった。デュッセルドルフは、日本人がたくさんこのホテルを利用しているはずなのに、非常に残念だった。次は多分利用する事は無いでしょう。
