Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter vor allem der junge Mann von der Nachtschicht sehr zuvorkommend voll professionell mit grade mal 21 Jahren weiter so 👍💯

Pros:

Klimatisierung - wir waren am letzten Juniwochenende 2026 hier. Die Klimaanlage war Gold wert.
Bequeme Betten. Kleines Bad, aber mit Badewanne. Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Kosten für das Parkhaus sind im Verhältnis zum Übernachtungspreis üppig. Das dürfte gerne 50% günstiger sein.

Leider kann das haus nur im Service überzeugen, aber nicht mit den Angeboten.
Cons:

Wir haben das Tagesangebot gewählt und uns wurde alte Zimmer zugewiesen, mit Schimmel im Bad und einer defekten Klimaanlage.

Absolute disaster. Fled the hotel at midnight!

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We checked in on a day when it was over 30°C, only to find the AC was broken. We were moved through three different rooms, all with broken ACs, until we finally had to fight for a fourth room that worked.

To make matters worse, there was NO HOT WATER in the entire hotel that evening. When we asked to be moved to another NH property, the front desk told us the other branches either had no rooms or no AC either. The most outrageous part was the staff's attitude—they actually told us to "just endure it and wait until tomorrow morning to shower."

Zero empathy, completely unprofessional, and basic living conditions were not met. The absurd 20% discount offer was an insult. We ended up demanding a refund and relocated to another hotel in the middle of the night. Avoid this place at all costs!
