Completely disappointed considering other NH standards.
Pros:

Location was good as there was UBahn station just at the corner and Dusseldorf station was around 10-15 minutes walk. lots of good restaurants nearby

Cons:

i have been to other NH hotels in other places and this was the worst. definitely not up to NH standards. first our shower was stuck into extremely hot water only. they changed the room next day. this time we found a big insect in our room which we could tell was poisonous.

Difficulty opening door to room with old card technology. System needs an update.
Poor drainage in shower with foul smell.

Pros:

The location is excellent. I really liked the Schnitzel restaurant right next to the hotel. After checking out, they stored my luggage for me until it was time for my flight. The reception staff were very kind.

Pros:

Mi sono trovata molto bene. Lo staff era molto gentile e mi ha fatto fare un check in anticipato, senza costi aggiuntivi. Tutto pulito e comodo da raggiungere.

Für 2 Nächte annehmbar
Pros:

Der CheckInn war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Aussicht und war großzügig geschnitten.
Die Lage ist für Unternehmungen in Düsseldorf gut da, die Öffies am Oberbilker Markt fast in jede Richtung gehen.

Cons:

Die Fenster im Hotelzimmer waren alle undicht, das Frühstück war eher auf Vegetarier und Veganer ausgelegt. Alles andere war sehr übersichlich...Es standen überall im Erdgeschoss/Frühstücksraum sichtbar Boxen herum die stark an Schädlingsbekämpfung erinnern.

Ein wahnsinnig tolles und umfangreiches Frühstücks
Buffet, und 1000 Dank für das Upgrade. Alles in allem ein richtig tolles Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
