Hotel op ga afstand van MECC
Pros:

Kamer is relatief groot met een goede werkplek en een zitbank. Ligbad in de badkamer.

Cons:

Dat je moet betalen om je auto te parkeren. Dat moet met deze kamerprijs gratis zijn.

Viaggio di lavoro, soggiorno in Hotel piacevole, camera molto silenziosa.
Pros:

Stqaff gentile, camera spaziosa, ben pulita, piacevole caffè in cialde in camera. Buona posizione.

Cons:

Ripristinare caffè e crema nella stanza quando si sta più notti. Mettere anche alternativa solo lenzuolo in estate per il letto, il piumino è veramente trppo caldo.

Great stay in Maastricht.
Pros:

The room was wide and comfortable. Very nice breakfast. They welcome guests by spinning a furring wheel and give small gift, which is extremely nice! Also there is a swimming pool and I really appreciated it due to the unusual hot during my stay.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Just the thick duvet with 39 C temperature outside and air conditioning inside was really inappropriate. During the night I was either sweating or cold and could not sleep very well.

Dat er mensen worden opgevangen (mannen) van COA en dat je als vrouw zijnde niet even alleen een peukkie voor het hotel kan roken zonder lastig worden te gevallen door hun. dus ik en me vriend zijn van mening dat dat niet de juiste plek is als gezin of stel of überhaupt als vrouw heen te gaan wij vinden ook dat ze dit van te voren horen aan te geven dan Heb je een keus om het afte wijzen of niet te boeken nu wordt je er bij gezet we vonden echt echt triest om te zien wij maar betalen voor ontbijt enz enz en hun krijgen alles en over maat van ramp vallen ze mij lastig als vrouw zijnde was blij datmijn er vriend er was dus weet niet hoe dit goed moet worden gemaakt Mara we verwachten op zijn mn st tog enige vergoeding of een overnachting zonder mensen van het COA en niet als antwoord waneer je het aangeeft we mogen niks loslaten .

The worst experience of all my hotel visits
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and, unfortunately, my experience did not justify the price of approximately €300 per night. While the location was reasonably convenient, the overall quality and service fell well below what I would expect from a hotel in this price range. The room itself was acceptable, but the bathroom drains emitted a terrible odor throughout my stay. The bathtub was exceptionally high, making it difficult to get in and out, and it was extremely slippery, creating a safety hazard, particularly for older or shorter guests. The hotel promotes its environmental policy by eliminating daily housekeeping. While I fully support reducing unnecessary towel and linen changes, I did not expect there to be no room service at all—not even making the bed or tidying the room. At nearly €300 per night, this felt less like a genuine sustainability initiative and more like a cost-cutting measure. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, but many items did not appear fresh. The fruit, in particular, was old, soggy, and unappetizing. The greatest disappointment, however, was the customer service. When I politely raised these concerns at checkout and requested a partial refund, the receptionist responded dismissively and stated that nothing could be done. After returning home, I discovered that my credit card had been charged twice for my stay. Nearly three weeks later, despite contacting the hotel, the duplicate charge has still not been refunded. I have now had to initiate a dispute through my credit card company to recover my money. Hotels can make mistakes, but how they respond is what defines good customer service. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both counts. For the price charged, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, service, and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

Buitenzwembad heerlijk, verder niet bijzonder hotel

Het buitenzwembad

Cons:

Ik vond de kamers oubollig en dan voornamelijk de wc en badkamer. Die hebben echt een upgrade nodig. Absoluut niet de prijs waard voor wat je moet betalen voor een nacht.

Ottima struttura.
Pros:

Regalo-sorpresa in camera. Camera spaziosa. Colazione gluten-free ottima, con molte opzioni. Fermata bus a pochi metri di distanza.

Cons:

Il ristorante interno non offre molte opzioni per pranzo o cena, ma è comunque utile per un pasto veloce.

Good location to MCC but..
Pros:

Good location and convenient for my stay as near MCC. However, the hotel appears to have a number of long term residents who, during my stay, spent time gathering on the stairways and in the corridors with room doors open. While there were no issues, it did create an atmosphere that could feel uncomfortable, particularly for any solo female travellers.

Overall, it's a budget type hotel that was perfectly adequate for a business trip, but I wouldn't choose it for a leisure break or a stay of several nights.
