Impossible to Sleep Due to a Nightclub Beneath the Hotel
Cons:

We were assigned room 301, and the noise from outside was unbearable. Directly beneath the hotel, there is a nightclub that operates from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. on weekends, making it virtually impossible to get any sleep.

At 2:30 a.m., we called reception to ask if we could change rooms, but we were told that the hotel was fully booked. During that conversation, the receptionist also acknowledged that this was not the first time guests had complained about the noise, confirming that the hotel is fully aware of the situation. The fact that complimentary earplugs are provided in the rooms further demonstrates that this is a known issue. Unfortunately, they are nowhere near enough to deal with the level of noise.

Selling these rooms while being fully aware of the problem demonstrates a shocking lack of sensitivity, empathy, and respect for your guests. It undoubtedly damages NH’s reputation and undermines the values the brand claims to stand for

Oh, and one more thing! Right next to the room there is also a freight elevator that makes a lot of noise and starts operating early in the morning… just in case anyone at this hotel was actually hoping to get some sleep.

The whole experience was a complete disaster. Thankfully, we only had to stay for one night.

Great location.
Pros:

Location and rooms had everything we needed

Cons:

We had to change room after our first night as the air conditioning made a loud buzzing noise every 5 minutes or so so spoilt our sleep.
