Chambre et salle de bains très spacieuses et confortables
Mais chambre avec velux donnant sur le ciel. Bien pour la lumière mais pas de vue sur les toits. Un peu triste.
The room was fabulous, we booked a prime room, and it was very comfortable and the bathroom was great, with a bath and a shower.
The hotel foyer was lovely and the location was second to none. Everything was on our doorstep. I liked the nice touch of the cool, iced water in the foyer which was always available.
It was a very long walk to our room and we found out only after that you can choose the location of the room but we somehow didnt receive the email until after we got there.
The Courtyard bar was only OK. We were waiting quite a while for our drinks as they had to he delivered from the bar inside the hotel.
The reception staff were not over friendly and did not enquire if we enjoyed our stay when we were leaving.

Havde jeg ved planlægning af min ferie vidst at der var Gent Festival på det valgte tidspunkt, havde jeg valgt en anden periode. Byen var et inferno af larm, druk, kæmpe scener og affald (døgnet rundt). Jeg kom for at opleve byen, men så den stort set ikke. Meget skuffet.

Hotel in very centre of the city. Great size room too. We chose one with view which was surprisingly quiet despite us being there during the Ghent Festival. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. The room was large with a fabulous bed and the bathroom had a great walk-in shower. The bar served great cocktails 🍸

Great sized rooms, breakfast, downstairs area, nice touch that you get free drinks when you stay more than one night and you opt for your room not to be cleaned. Brilliant location in old town.

The receptionist who checked us in (Sanne) was exceptionally professional and respectful, it felt like a 5 star service. She offered us a map and highlighted some places that would be good to visit in the time we had available.
Iced water was available in the reception area, which was very welcome in the hot weather when we visited.
Very good tea/coffee service in the room and bottled water provided gratis. Also iron, ironing board and other conveniences.
