Lovely hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

This is my second time staying at an NH property and both times it exceeded my expectations. The location was superb and the quality of service and the lovely and spacious room and bathroom were amazing. Great bathroom products and a very good breakfast. I would definitely stay at an NH in Ghent or anywhere.

Pros:

Almost everything was as good as expected - comfortable room, staff, etc.

Cons:

1 substandard meal but this was resolved by the efficient reception staff.
Location of the superb room was marred by having the fitness room above it - thump, thump from the running machine and weights and was supposed to close at 10pm but still used at 11.30pm

Pros:

Location, good clean room, good check in. We had turn down service 3 times, complimentary bottle of water each night.

Cons:

The room was noisy, banging on the ceiling at 7 am. We complained 3 times then they admitted that the Jym was above our room. They moved us to the floor below noise not as bad but you could still hear the banging & treadmill .
WHY Put a Jym above bedrooms????.

Top locatie en fijne hotel!

De locatie is top!

Cons:

Het bed had toch 2 matrassen ook al hadden we expres langer gewacht voor een kamer met een matras.
