One night stay
Pros:

The hotel itself was very cosy and its location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean and adequate. We had just finished a road trip so had stayed in numerous hotels prior to this one and of them all the beds and pillows were the most comfortable here.

Cons:

If there was one thing to be negative about it would be the size and location of our room. We were only there over night so it was fine but maybe a bit claustrophobic if staying for long and our view was a concrete wall.

Very good but would be good to know there are no breakfast facilities before hand.
Pros:

The room was very small and so narrow it felt like a corridor and never expected a quality hotel to have one side of the double bed against the wall. That is something a bit awkward at home when you have a double bed in a small room, not in a nice hotel.

Cons:

Otherwise very nice.

Pros:

We love the crystal lodge all around.
Located in the centre of Whistler village surrounded by restaurants, shops and close by the whistler gondola.
Room is spacious and clean for my family of 4, fully equipped with microwave fridge etc. All the staff are helpful. Fully reccomend this hotel.

Perfect location
Pros:

Great location, spacious rooms and very good customer service. Pool area is a bit small but nice to use. Sauna was good. Electric car Chargers were convenient.

Wonderful from beginning to end.
Pros:

Location was fabulous. Room was spacious and well appointed.
Housekeeping was fantastic and so polite.. nothing was too much trouble.

We were with our family and enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Desk staff was wonderful.


Cleaning staff also very helpful.

Cons:

We found bath tubs are too deep to get in for senior citizens.
We felt that must be mentioned by front desk when we checked in.

It was scary and difficult.

Need foot stool.
