We love the crystal lodge all around.
Located in the centre of Whistler village surrounded by restaurants, shops and close by the whistler gondola.
Room is spacious and clean for my family of 4, fully equipped with microwave fridge etc. All the staff are helpful. Fully reccomend this hotel.

Great location, spacious rooms and very good customer service. Pool area is a bit small but nice to use. Sauna was good. Electric car Chargers were convenient.

Right in the village…
Paying $35 per night for parking. This charge will make a difference when booking a hotel at Whistler next time.
Desk staff was wonderful.
Cleaning staff also very helpful.
We found bath tubs are too deep to get in for senior citizens.
We felt that must be mentioned by front desk when we checked in.
It was scary and difficult.

Proximity to the Village Centre
Single room with double bed was abysmal. This room makes no sense and was likely constructed to use some leftover space. There are some short and longer rectangular alcove that might fit skis and snowboards. But for regular people, there is little room for anything. One chair means someone had to always sit on the bed or stand up. One end of the double bed is flush against the wall so one person has to climb over the other to get out or one person has to get up to allow the other one out. Not practical during the night. The bathroom is likewise poorly designed. You cannot pull the toilet paper from the roll when sitting on the toilet. The hand towel gets hung in a recess between wall and vanity. The air conditioner is behind the drapes which blocks it when closed at night. All this was annoying but the clincher was the hundreds of kids in town for a dance competition running up and down the halls screaming day and night. Finally, the south floor was under construction so more noise and dirt. We were really looking forward to this weekend and it was a bust. To their credit, they offered to wave the parking fee for the 2 nights.
The room was very small, and one side of the bed was against the wall, so I had to climb either over my partner or from the bottom of bed to get in and out of bed.
Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto espaçoso e confortável, banheiro muito bom e limpo, amenities de qualidade. Toalhas de qualidade e trocadas diariamente. Excelente limpeza do quarto, inclusive a água e as cápsulas de café eram repostas diariamente.
Good value, location excellent
The property is located in the village very close to the gondolas and lots of restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. Parking is available on site which is a plus. We had special requests for a birthday and anniversary which accommodated and appreciated.
The air conditioner in the bedroom was a little loud and woke it on the first night, not the second.
