Service médiocre pas de Clim pas de réparation du préjudice

Climatisation HS en période de canicule = très fâcheux !
Le problème majeur qui concernait d’autres chambres aussi ne m’a pas été notifié au moment du Check in vers 23 h30 !
Vers minuit, le personnel m’a confié….un ventilateur bruyant ! Nuit exécrable.

Tarification de la nuitée : 335 € hors petit dej et taxe de séjour !

Autre problème : la chambre qui m’a été attribuée était destinée à des PMR, avec miroir de salle de bain très incliné vers le sol. Résultat : impossible de se raser debout… Là encore, aucune information préalable ne m’a été communiquée.

Seul « geste » proposé par l’établissement suite à réclamation : un surclassement si disponibilité lors d’un prochain séjour ! Après cette lamentable séjour inutile de dire que je ne renouvellerai pas l’expérience.

Novotel n’a pas respecté ses engagements contractuels et en l’espèce se moque de ses clients. Tarification sans rapport avec le service rendu. Un grand merci au groupe ACCOR !

Hotel di ottimo livello in posizione molto comoda. Consigliato!

Struttura pulita e tranquilla, posizione molto comoda alla Gare de Lyon. Tutto lo staff cordiale.

Cons:

Piscina piuttosto piccola, ma ottimo sfogo dopo un caldo pomeriggio in città! Bagno migliorabile.
