Trotz allem war es dort sehr schön und ich würde da wieder hingehen.
Pros:

Sie liegt sehr gut. Sie Straßenbahn fährt direkt in die Innenstadt von Hannover. Auch ist da direkt ein sehr großes Einkaufszentrum mit allem was man sich wünscht.

Cons:

In den 4 Nächten die ich da war, wurde das Zimmer nicht einmal inspiziert ob etwas fehlen könnte. Aber bei der Nachfrage nach Seife oder Klopapier waren sie immer sofort da. Was schade war, ist das schon um 8:15 Uhr das Frühstücksbuffet schon sehr ausgesucht war und es gedauert hat bis es aufgefüllt wurde.

Frühstück ist alles da, aber keine 17 Euro wert.
Schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten - Tiefgarage kostet den Tag 12 Euro - auch zu hoch!

Zimmer war gross und freundlich wirken. Dusche sowie betten bequem. Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Könnte Koffer früher und später abgeben so dass ich ganze Tag geniessen könnte

Cons:

Vielleicht Doppelbett (wäre besser als einzelbetten) die angenehme wäre. Vorort merkten wir schnell wie gut Strassenbahn 1 war, und nicht wie an Anfang mit S Bahn rausgefahren sind. daher ideal gelegen mit schnellen Fahrt in Stadtmitte.

Ich konnte kaum schlafen weil bis ca. 03.00 Uhr nachts Gäste eincheckten und immer wieder für lautstarken Krach auf dem Flur sorgten, auch das in den Zimmern verlegte Laminat sorgte regelmäßig durch Trittschall und Stühlerücken im Haus für Schlafunterbrechung.

Das Zimmer war schon in die Jahre gekommen, an den Betten gibt es keine Steckdose an der man z.B. sein Handy laden könnte, der Lichtschalter für die Leselampen auf der Seite mit Nachttischchen am Bett ist außerhalb der Armreichweite, so dass man sich sehr weit strecken oder aufstehen muss um das Leselicht auszuschalten, das innenliegende Badezimmer war muffig.

Ich hatte außerdem zuerst versehentlich ein falsches Datum (erst in 5 Wochen) gebucht, was erst bei Anreise auffiel, das Hotel zeigte sich hier in keiner Weise kulant die Buchung zu ändern. Man bestand auf einer neuen, weiteren Buchung obwohl die fehlerhafte Buchung nichtmal 12 Stunden zurück lag, und hat mir nicht einmal angeboten das bei der fehlerhaften Buchung enthaltene Frühstück auf die nun weitere Buchung zum höheren Preis ohne Frühstück zu übertragen.

Sehr sehr enttäuschend.
