Pros:

Die Anbindung an den öff Nahverkehr war super. Das Zimmer mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, inkl Wasserkocher und ein paar "Getränkezutaten"

Cons:

Das mundfaule Personal...und ihre fehlende Freundlichkeit/Flexibilität. Der Eingangsbereich und die Flure sind sehr abgenutzt, dabei würde schon ein neuer Anstrich hilfreich sein.
Wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat, ist es im Sommer nachtens sehr laut... dann muss man sich enrscheiden...offenes Fenster u Lärm oder geschlossenes Fenster u stickige Luft wg fehlender Klimaanlage.

Für Kurzurlaub sehr zu empfehlen !
Pros:

Prima Preis - Leistungsverhältnis, etwas außerhalb, aber sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung !
Zweckmäßige Einrichtung, sehr gute Betten !

das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend: das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Für diesen Preis besser als erwartet.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Frontlage in Richtung stark befahrener Straße und großer Kreuzungspunkt mit Trambahn Verkehr, die Stühle auf dem Balkon waren vollkommen verschlissen/ kaputt und einfach nur für den Müll. Der Boden vom Balkon war aufgerissen & komplett mit Unkraut überwuchert.
