Agradable en general, pero la recepción deja un poco que desear en relación a la atención al cliente.

La ubicación es buena y la cama es cómoda.

Cons:

Había reservado con meses de anticipación pidiendo una recámara que estuviera en un piso alto y con vista. La persona que me hizo la reservación me confirmó que sería posible y que tendría una “bonita vista”. Cuando llegué me dieron una recámara en el 2o piso y con vista a la pared. No sé si fue sarcástica la respuesta que tuve de la primera persona. En recepción no quisieron hacerse cargo de lo que habían acordado. No tuve, en absoluto, luz natural.

It’s a great hotel overall, good costumer service, good location.

Room was really nice and clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel restaurant is really good.

Agradable hotel
Pros:

todo me gusto mucho, recibimos una habitacion impecable, la vista bonita, pero lo que mas me gusto fue el mini sofa junto a ventana, sin duda regresaria, las almohadas grandes y suaves.

Cons:

de inicio todo estaba bien, pero cayo una fuerte lluvia y empezo a filtrarse en el techo a chorros, y mojo toda la cama, lo cual nos sorprendio mucho y le dijimos al recepcionista e inmediatamente nos cambio de habitacion, primero 901 y despues hab 301, igual estaba bien pero el baño tenia moho en el techo, se escuchaba mucho el ruido lo que nos costo un poco conciliar el sueño
