The location is exceptional with a beautiful view to Zocalo. Having breakfast or dinner at the terrace with that view is a privilege.

Cons:

The noise at night from outside, there is a lot of movement of course because the location.

Pros:

Friendly staff, room available for check in on time, steps away from zocalo, comfy bed. Reserved dinner for Andrea Bocelli concert which was well organized and offered an amazing view. My room also had an amazing view as well :D

Cons:

WiFi signal kept going in and out, no mini fridge (staff was kind enough to provide bucket with ice) key card kept getting demagnetized (staff replaced promptly. Not deal breakers, I’ll be back!

Super with a view
Pros:

Great experience. I am a BWR Diamond Select member and saw this hotel in the app, but stayed in CDMX with family (no hotel needed). Yet I decided to walk in anonymously and ask if I could grab a drink at the roof. The service and hospitality from the receptionist and barmen was super, and very authentic. I felt treated with great service. A cosy, nice and warm hotel to stay.

Cons:

No tiene A/A, no tiene horno microondas , ni refrigerador: estas 3 cosas harían una gran diferencia, y las toallas y la cortina del baño están demasiado viejas.

No recomendado, hay lugares mejores cerca
Pros:

La ubicación es buena si quieres estar cerca del centro, ya que da al Zócalo y estás cerca de lugares clave. La habitación era amplia. Por otro lado, el Zócalo es ruidoso siempre, y los carros no pueden llegar hasta la puerta del hotel (te dejan en la esquina anterior). Las habitaciones que dan hacia el Zócalo no tienen aislamiento y escucharás ruido siempre.

Cons:

El ruido del Zócalo algunos días. Las instalaciones son muy viejas, los muebles viejos, la ropa de cama y paños son muy viejos y usados, incluso con huecos. La limpieza no era muy buena. El baño es súper incómodo. No hay aire acondicionado, la habitación es muy caliente.

La ubicación es inigualable. El hotel es lindo y limpio.

Cons:

Es muy costoso en comparación con lo que ofrece. Por ser antiguo, no tiene la comodidad propia de un hotel moderno. No tiene aire acondicionado, el baño es básico, no tiene nevera, y el personal no es amable.

Good location but very old and uncomfortable facilities.
Pros:

The only thing I liked was the location.

Cons:

In general, the hotel is really old, uncomfortable beds, shower and wc very old. In addition, no AC on the rooms, and if you are in the rooms in front of the main plaza (zocalo) is super noisy. Again, location is the only good thing. I did ask for a couple of fans for ventilation and it took a while to get them.
