Pros:

I love this Hotel is very comfortable and easy to access. Is a shame that the government is cuddling to unions and radical groups that blockade avenues and access make very difficult for a Tourist or business to function in time and easy. Disgusting behavior of Unions by blocking major avenues that affect millions and revenue lost as well of lives when medical assistance becomes impossible to reach. Shame of the government.

This is an amazing hotel the architecture is amazing the rooms are great service is outstanding you would no regrated using this hotel.

Room. Necesita una buena refacción. Son buenos pero estan muy viejos. Tenia un sillon dañado, es muy oscuro, no tiene sistema de control de las luces y eso hace dificil el manejo. Es un hotel costoso y esperaba mas, aunque es bueno

Camino Real Polanco Mexico
Pros:

A 5star hotel in the premium neighborhood of Mexico City. We felt 100% safe in the Polanco area and walked on foot late in the evenings and early mornings. Not speaking Spanish was a bit of a disadvantage, but most of the business owners in the area were either fluent or we could get by with English and hand gestures. It is fairly expensive in this area and the food options are very international, but we found a couple of gems close by.

Wonderful Location and staff
Pros:

I was very impressed at the overall stay. The pool was wonderfully warm, location was very easy to access and quick to get about any parts of town. I felt safe the entire time and I really enjoyed the property. It had a very luxury feel, the lobby smelled nice and the staff was wonderful. I have to say, though, that the bed did not suit my sleeping habits. I woke up every morning with a sore lower back. This is primarily due to me, needing a very firm mattress, and the mattresses were much more on the soft side. I would happily stay here again.

We used the club level every day as part of our specific rooms stay and I believe it was a very important part of our stay. We didn’t have to think of what to do for breakfast or snack snacks in the morning and it was a nice spot to unwind on the couches and watch some TV in a space that was not our room.
