Excelente punto y buen desayuno
Pros:

El hotel es un excelente punto para turismo, en una zona segura y agradable para caminar o esperar transporte. Es un hotel significativamente viejo y, aunque es evidente en algunos detalles, para serlo está en muy buenas condiciones. El servicio del personal fue siempre agradable, el desayuno muy completo y con opciones saludables.

Cons:

Lo único que cambiaría de mi estancia fue el lugar de mi habitación que daba a una fuente o estanque artificial que estaba vacío y abandonado. Mantuvimos la cortina cerrada todo el tiempo porque la vista no era nada agradable y la pequeña terraza era inútil ya que no daban ganas de salir ahí. Recomendaría reanudar ese espacio con agua y cuidados o advertirle a las personas. Me pregunto si esas habitaciones tienen otro costo y nos las dieron por haber reservado en Booking, de haber sido así hubiera reservado directo en el hotel. Fuera de eso todo muy bien.

Gran tamaño de habitación, silienciosa, limpia. Servicio de cena a la habitación muy rápido y correcto.

Cons:

Las alfombras de los pasillos están viejas y algo rotas, las cambiaría sí o sí porque dan un aspecto descuidado.

Bad hospitality
Pros:

Fernando, the concierge manager, was very rude at check in. Our other friends didn't have the same experience. We were the only queer couple in our group though, so maybe that was why he treated us poorly. Other staff were friendly, but he was not.

We had our room tidied up one day of our stay and they broke my electric toothbrush. It had clearly been dropped on the floor and a big piece of plastic was missing from the base, leaving wires exposed. And the plastic piece was rolled up in one of the wash cloths that was replenished.

El mantenimiento de los cuartos no es malo, pero para ese nivel de hotel debería ser mejor. Ejemplo no hay ventilación en el cuarto y la ropa regreso húmeda.
