Please note, guests must be at least 18 years or older to check in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.

Guests are required to present a government issued identification with a credit card under the same name upon check in.

A security hold of USD $100 per night will be authorized on the credit card provided at check in, and will be released at check-out if no charges are incurred during the stay. Please note, credit card authorization release processing times vary depending upon your banking institution, and are not set by the property. Any damage, smoking or pet fees incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

Contactless payments or Apple Pay are not accepted, and cash cannot be used for the security hold. Third party credit card authorization forms are required to be submitted 72 hours prior to arrival.

All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply.

The Penthouse is for residential purposes only, and can sleep a total of 6 guests. A minimum damage deposit of $500 USD will be required. Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Penthouse (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

I would pay a bit more for the hotel next to this if I had a second chance.
Pros:

location was great, hotel was old and had a small elevator. I was expecting better than this compare to the price

Cons:

towels smell food and I was wondering why. I accidentally saw a large food service truck delivering clean towels. I am not joking.

Great Location
Pros:

Parking validation and close to time square.

Cons:

Pillows stink. Vent in the bathroom didn't work so fire alarm went off ( VERY ANNOYING). Lamp in the room didn't work and no plug near 1 of the bed for charging my phone.

Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut Top, direkt ums Eck vom times Square. Saubere Zimmer, angenehmes Bett, Grundsätzlich ein Hotel zum Wieder Kommen

Cons:

Die Aufzugsituation ist nicht angenehm. Schon bei früheren Aufenthalten ging einer der Lifte nicht.

Pros:

El personal regular, algunos muy amables pero otros bastante secos

Cons:

Está en una zona muy céntrica y muy ruidosa por eso creo que las ventanas tendrían que estar insonorizadas, el ruido es tremendo .
Un hotel de 4 estrellas y en esa ubicación debería contemplarlo.

Pros:

The location is perfect. We walked to everything. I was a little worried when we walked in. You enter a small lobby area that is painted VERY dark which leads to a small hallway which is also painted very dark. No one greeted us the first time so we didn't know where to go. When we backtracked the doorman directed us to the elevator which took us to the second floor to check in. The rest of the hotel is very different. Very clean and feels elegant (the entrance area was very off-putting). The rooms were beautiful and clean. The TV's are IN the mirror at the foot of the bed. Odd but it works. The halls were very quiet and even though we were right in the middle of a very busy area we were never bothered by outside sounds. After our initial arrival the doormen were all very attentive, friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay here again.

Cons:

The entrance is very dark. I was afraid the whole hotel would be a bit sketchy, but it was amazing!!

Clean, but dated
Pros:

Great location in the theater district, but do not have a view of Times Square. Staff was friendly. Rooms are clean, but very dated.
