Guests are required to present a government issued identification with a credit card under the same name upon check in.

A security hold of USD $100 per night will be authorized on the credit card provided at check in, and will be released at check-out if no charges are incurred during the stay. Please note, credit card authorization release processing times vary depending upon your banking institution, and are not set by the property. Any damage, smoking or pet fees incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

Contactless payments or Apple Pay are not accepted, and cash cannot be used for the security hold. Third party credit card authorization forms are required to be submitted 72 hours prior to arrival.

All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply.

The Penthouse is for residential purposes only, and can sleep a total of 6 guests. A minimum damage deposit of $500 USD will be required. Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Penthouse (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

החדרים מודרנים.

Cons:

החדר חשוך וקטן למרות שלקחנו את הקינג הגדול 27 מטר.
אין נוף, כשלפותחים חלון רעש לא נורמלי . ביקשנו לעלות חדר 16 ואישרו לאחר לילה.
מיקום לא שקט עדיף לטפס עוד כמה שדרות למעלה- מעל 51 . מלון יקר אין תמורה למחיר, נראה כמו מבוך של חדרים ומסדרנות , הלובי בקומה 1 שצריך להגיע אליו במעלית. את המים לא מספקים לחדרים צריך להגיע ללובי.
בקיצור לא משהו בכלל ועלה מאוד יקר

Great location and priced right!
Pros:

Wonderful location...friendly staff, clean room and priced right! Our stay here was much better than expected...didn't have to wait long for elevators at any point, bottled water available in the lobby and umbrellas available in each room when it rained

Great stay!
Pros:

We enjoyed a 12 night stay in this hotel. It was clean, well appointed and the staff were amazingly helpful. As they say…..location, location, location and this hotel has it. It is about 3 minute slow walk to Times Square. We were on the eleventh floor and experienced minimal noise, mostly just the sirens, as in any big city. The hotel provided a mini fridge for us to keep our personal stuff in! The housekeeping was great! The rooms could use a bit of TLC and a refresh. One unusual thing occurred after checkout. As we had a couple of hours before needing to go the airport we asked to leave our bags and were told that they would hold one bag for each of us for free and any others would be $2. The money was not the issue at all, but after traveling all over the world and staying in dozens of hotels we’ve never had to pay for our bags to be held on arrival or departure at any hotel. They only put them in a locked room and then give them back, they did nothing else.
We would recommend this hotel!!

A great boutique hotel in the heart of New York; close to theatre, shopping, the sites, and transportation. It also has a splendid restaurant on the ground floor. the staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well appointed. all this keeps me returning time after time.

Good location and value with a great staff!
Pros:

The location was good, easy to walk to most places and easy access to the subway and grand central. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was a little worn and tired, one side of the bed had a dip, likely from people sitting on the edge. It made the bed very noisy on that from the springs.

Safety and cleanliness are concerns
Pros:

Not worth the money. During my stay, the building next door had a huge fire; I smelled smoke in sleep and it’s quite strong, I thought maybe it’s my nose as their was no fire alarm or any notice from the hotel management team. The next morning I saw firefighters on the street helping with firefighting. The management team definitely needs to reflect on this. I won’t recommend people staying in this hotel, unless safety and cleanliness really mean nothing.
