Vue exceptionnelle
Pros:

L'emplacement était top, très proche d'une station de métro (5 minutes à pied même pas) et avec un accès direct à Nanjing Road !
La chambre était incroyable notamment dû à la vue sur le Bund !!
Le petit déjeuner était hyper copieux, varié, frais et délicieux !

расположение отличное, персонал на высоте особенно кевин и альбина на ресепшене,очень понимающие и добрые и ОГРОМНЫЙ плюс,персонал знает английский !!в подарок принесли бутылку хорошего вина в первый день,чистота в отеле и номере хирургическая. абсолютно довольна отелем,обязательно заселюсь еще раз и буду советовать всем. цены приемлемые,даже несмотря на то что попала в самый большой праздник в китае,все равно было не дорого. единственное замечание,это то,что дешевая кабина немного протекала и на полу постоянно была вода,но это абсолютно не страшно,мой ответ точный- я довольна на 100 процентов

Good housekeeping and polite managers.

My room phone was not working on the last day so I had to come down to ask my questions.
As for the breakfast, salads were dried up and butter was not tasty.

Breakfast is delicious! Very professional and accommodating to my flight situation was able to get same room again. Stayed another night and enjoyed all the amenities of the hotel.

Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Nanjing Road!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut top, direkt an der Nanjing Road. Das Frühstück war wirklich super und sehr vielfältig – trotz der hohen Auslastung durchgehend in sehr hoher Qualität. Das Zimmer war sauber und bot eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind stellenweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber weiterhin gemütlich. Durch die hohe Auslastung ist es im Hotel zeitweise recht lebhaft. Man sollte außerdem wissen, dass kein Pool vorhanden ist.
