Pros:

La réactivité du personnel et l'emplacement est vraiment bien.

Cons:

As per my rating passable, but personally I don’t like such a busy spot
Pros:

Experiencing staying Nanjing Road East, super busy street. We did manage to see the Oriental Pearl Tower from our room which was amazing.

Cons:

Very average quality breakfast, old hotel with quirks like I can hear the lift or some churning machinery all the time…

Recently, we had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Collection Hyland Hotel Shanghai on several occasions. During each stay, we were deeply impressed by the professionalism, dedication, and genuine hospitality demonstrated by the hotel staff.

In particular, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to the tall, strongly built middle-aged gentleman working at the front desk (unfortunately, we do not know his name), as well as to the luggage storage team, especially Mr. Justin and Mr. Ben. Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm smiles made us feel truly welcome.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping staff who took care of our rooms on the 28th, 27th, and 19th floors. Their diligence, attention to detail, and cheerful attitude were greatly appreciated and touched us deeply.

Please convey our gratitude to all of these outstanding team members. Their dedication and professionalism greatly enhanced our experience and made our stays especially memorable.

Perfect location to explore amazing Shanghai.Excellent breakfast. Nice staff.

Wonderful breakfast, not just variety and quality of the food but also the restaurant where it was served
Staff was generally very friendly. we could get into our room earlier than expected, a gesture that we appreciated very much after a long 14 hours flight. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
The location is perfect to explore this amazing city, by foot or metro. Would definitely choose this hotel again if coming back to Shanghai.
