overall the hotel was very good, very clean, and the employees were all very helpful. the yan spa on the 7th floor was an oasis of coolness. everyone was helpful with a smile on their face ready to help you. the massage was amazing by professionals who know their job. especially monika was an incredible professional she knew exactly what to do and how to help you. don't miss the massage on the 7th floor and ask for monika she is the best

Понравилось все , очень хорошие работники на ресепшен, если не ошибаюсь Алла русскоговорящая , расположение топовое ! Администратор помог , когда с аэропорта в отель приехали на не официальном такси , будьте осторожны не садитесь на Ред Такси !!!!( за рулем была девушка) запросила в три раза дороже оплату , мы попросили помощь на ресепшен , сразу помогли ! В целом чисто уютно , завтраки просто нереально вкусные ! Рекомендую всем !

Overall very good experience!
Pros:

Location is excellent, breakfast is various and delicious! Staff is always nice!

Cons:

I had arrived to hotel before check in hour however was very tired due to long distance flight. They could call me when any room available but entered exactly at check in hour. Hotel was very crowded when arrive, waiting are can be have more sofa for customers.

10/10 would recommend.
Pros:

You cannot get better location than this one if you're to stay around Nanjing Rd. The hotel is grand, with great view from the quiet hotel rooms. We arrived very early and the reception kindly guided us for luggage storage while we toured the city. And most importantly, you can count on the reception and the staff for any of your troubles. 10/10
