We had a good stay
Pros:

Kitchen worked great for us. It had what we needed. It was also great to have parking at the hotel.

Cons:

The pool heating was not working. Part of the reason we booked here was because of the pool. We didn’t use it as much as we had hoped because it was cold.

Excellent family holiday lots to do lots to see
Pros:

The location was amazing. Everything was at your fingertips. The scenery was magnificent, the place we ate at were amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful, the service was excellent.

Pros:

Very central to everything, very clean and tidy all around and friendly staff

Cons:

Although there was a coffee maker, there was no kettle in the room to make tea. You could go to the lobby though to get some :)

It's more like a 2.5 than a 3...
Pros:

The Village in and Suites is well located, but could use some maintenance.
Our room was large, with a kitchen, but the carpet is long overdue for a replacement and the bathroom needed a deep clean.
the same goes for the furniture - it's been well used and it shows. Lighting could also use an upgrade.
For the price - I'll try somewhere else next time - especially given I was overcharged for parking (which let them,now ) and I never received a refund - or a response.

This hotel feels like the owners have made their money...and aren't interested in further investment or modernization. GIve it a swerve if you have other options.

Convenient for skiing but very dated with weird beds
Pros:

The location is extremely conveniently close to the mountain for skiing. It's a three-minute walk to the lifts. The staff were wonderful and friendly.

Cons:

The facilities are dated, and you have to read the descriptions very carefully or else you might be getting sleeping arrangements that include a Murphy bed or a pull out couch. The suite we rented, for instance, has ONLY those two types of beds. You're coming here for convenient skiing access, nothing else.
