Pros:

The location was perfect

Cons:

There were doing some construction work it appears on the 2nd floor and the noises specially in the morning were loud and unpleasant to rest and relax at the room.

Cumplió mis expectativas en general.
Pros:

El personal de recepción, todos muy amables y la cama que era confortable. Me permitieron subir la bicicleta a la habitación.

Cons:

Las lámparas, al apagarse, hacen ruido al contraerse (al estar encendidas también por la dilatación) hasta que se enfrían del todo. Las cambiaría. Y el camarero del bar debería mejorar su actitud. A lo mejor tenía mal día...
