The whole building is tired. Furnishings in the bedroom are old, worn and frayed. The art is dreadful.

location was perfect. convenient to everything I wanted to see or do. breakfast ws excellent. staff was very helpful. I really liked my room. quiet and comfortable.

Van de valet-parking tot uitleg over het centrum, het ontbijt en de algehele service door het weekend heen - de staf! Top service met een lach en een praatje - fijn.
Geen idee... ik zou zelf de lounge nog wat meer aanprijzen als een plek om even rustig een mooi glas te drinken - dat hebben we nu te laat ontdekt en het hotel is werkelijk prachtig.

The 4th floor was really hot with weak air conditioning. The cafe machine never worked even after it was checked. Mini fridge was shut off and all bottles in it were hot. This was an upgrade, but not sure about that except for larger space.
I must say the evening person on duty, Nathan, “saved the day”as he fixed the refrigerator and replaced all items with cold ones and he came up to attend to the A/C. Nathan was so professional, attentive and kind and really tried to accommodate me. He made that hotel for me.

Et pas d endroit pour s installer dans un salon ou une pièce, pas de pression d eau dans la douche, chambre simple de ma fille plus agréable que la junior suite ….
