A fine hotel. Great staff and location
Pros:

Great location. Lovely breakfast and staff. Nice sun deck.

Cons:

The bath was difficult to access for showers. The overhead shower dripped on your head while using the hand held shower

De ligging is mooi, centraal. Wij zouden daar niet meer gaan zitten met een gezin.
Pros:

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De kamers zijn klein en ook de badkamer is te klein. restaurant was mooi maar donker.

I thorough enjoyed my stay here in the heart of lovely Bruges. Breakfast is excellent too!
Pros:

The hotel itself is fairly dated but it is very well maintained. It has a lot of character! The aircon is very strong for such an old building which is nice during the hot summer! But the best part of the hotel is the staff, Nathan and Melinda at the front desk, and the super courteous and professional gentleman which is in charge of breakfast, the young lady who is in charge of the turndown services, everyone is so pleasant and professional!
