We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was excellent—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

We also fell in love with Sarajevo. It is a beautiful city with a unique atmosphere, amazing food, and kind people. We truly enjoyed every moment of our trip.

Thank you for making our stay so special. We will definitely come back to Sarajevo again, and we will gladly stay at your hotel on our next visit.

если по работе снова будет нужна локация в центре города , однозначно остановимся в этом отеле.
Pros:

Отличное расположение , рядом два больших ТЦ. Расселили сразу при заезде. Рецепшен молодцы. Номера очень уютные , мягкий ковролин теплых тонов , удобная постель .

Cons:

Затврак вроде неплохой , но не пополняеются блюда , полупустые тарелки , при одномоментном скоплении людей , персонал не успевает.

الفندق جمييييل ومجدد ويقع في أفضل مكان في سراييفوا العاصمه جميع الخدمات قريبه منه المولات والمطاعم الي في المولات جدا جميله ومتنوعه موظفين الفندق ودودين ومتعاونين إلى أقصى حد رحلتنا في الخروج كانت متأخرة ليلا ومددوا لنا الإقامه إلى ساعه متأخرة جزاهم الله خير وأخص بالذكر السيد ALEN مسؤول الموظفين في الاستقبال و السيد MIRZA لتعاونهم المقدر

Ugodno proveden godišnji odmor 😊
Pros:

Sviđa nam se lokacija hotela, jer je sve blizu, trenutno je parking malo upitan, ali posrećilo nam se ovaj put pa smo uspjeli parkirati. Soba je čista, uredna, kao i ostatak hotela.

Cons:

Za razliku od prošlih dolazaka, ovaj put smo se malo razočarali u osoblje restorana i bara. Nema pozdrava prilikom dolaska i odlaska iz sale, nema komunikacije sa gostima, u bar kad dođemo, kao da jedva čekaju da odemo. Prošli put su radila 2 starija gospodina, i bili smo oduševljeni sa njihovom interakcijom, a ovaj put nije vrijedno spomena. Čast izuzecima, nadam se da je to bilo samo privremeno tako, jer zbilja obožavamo ovaj hotel 😊

A good location for seeing Sarajevo in comfort.
Pros:

Nice big room at a good price. Good location by the shopping centre and tram stop. Opposite museums. Not in the historic centre but that wasn’t a problem and had its advantages. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing really to complain about. Fabric of building may be getting a bit worn in places. I had a problem with the card access to my room. Could do with a bit of an update in places. But it’s basically a good building if you prefer modern hotels to historic buildings.

It was one of my favourite places to say in Sarajevo
Pros:

I would have rated 5 out of 10 but there was coffee and a kettle in the room so I searched everywhere for milk but there was non .So I went to Reception to ask if I could get some and they sent me to the restaurant in the same building but they wanted to charge me $3.50 for a glass of milk when I could have bought a coffee for $2.50 .one would think if you paid 120€ a night for 2 nights you might at least get milk for your coffee .as this was my 6th time staying at the hotel over the years I asked Reception again and the answer was its not their job ??? If it's not their job Who's is it ???

لا بأس بها .

متعاونون في موضوع تسجيل الدخول لان وصلنا بدري فقدروا اننا حتى في تسجيل الخروج خارجين بدري

Cons:

الحمام فيه ريحة مجاري . المكيفات لا تبرد بنفس المستوى المتوقع
