Disappointing experience. Although listed as a 4-star hotel, it doesn't even live up to a 3-star standard. The front desk was incredibly inefficient and rude, with only one person capable of speaking English. The staff showed zero hospitality, acting as if they didn't want to be there.Breakfast lacked variety, and requests for missing items were completely ignored. The building is historic, but it feels outdated and poorly maintained since the war ended 30 years ago.Housekeeping was terrible. Coffee grounds spilled on day one were still there at checkout, and the bedside was covered in dust. They only made the bed and emptied the trash but always took the tip. The location is the only good thing about this place. They would not even reply to my requests unless I repeatedly followed up, and it was deeply disappointing that they showed absolutely no willingness to accommodate guests. This was the most unpleasant stay of my life. Avoid this hotel if you want a pleasant trip to Sarajevo.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Very good bedroom with great view over city towards east for sunrise Room was very well cleaned every day.

Cons:

More clothes hangers in room. Three was not enough for two people.
