historical significance overrides a little drabness
Pros:

The people were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I have stayed here before, but I feel like maybe HH is in store for a little TLC. The breakfast and the eating area were kind of a mess, and everything felt a little drab.

Das Hotel ist OK, aber nichts besonderes
Pros:

Das Badezimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, aber die Krümel am Teppichboden waren den gesamten Aufenthalt noch immer dort.
Das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend, aber nichts besonderes.
Vom Hotel in die Altstadt benötigt man 25-30 Minuten.

Cons:

Das Personal könnte freundlicher sein. Insbesondere die Kellner sind nicht gerade zuvorkommend . Auch an der Rezeption ist man schnell überfordert.

Pros:

Hotel molto grande, vecchio stile. Le camere sono però abbastanza moderne e spaziose. Si trova abbastanza vicino al centro, a circa 10/20 minuti a piedi, quindi facile da raggiungere. Il personale è stato molto gentile.

Cons:

Io avevo la camera al 7imo piano e il WiFi prendeva poco o niente.

Fint hotell, helt ok
Pros:

Beliggenhet ift. togstasjonen var super. Vi kom fra Mostar og skulle bare ha en seng og sove i før vi dro videre til flyplassen dagen etter. Da passet det seg veldig bra med beliggenhet som er mindre enn 5min å gå fra togstasjonen.

Cons:

Bide fungerte ikke. Litt rar lukt inne på rommet, men ikke noe som var "urenslig"

Pros:

albergo di grandi dimensioni, si può arrivare nel centro storico con una passeggiata di 1,5/2 km.
Attualmente garage chiuso per lavori, cmq ci hanno fatto sistemare le moto fronte hotel sotto porticato.
Camere grandi e pulite. Colazione modesta.
Reception accogliente.

Pros:

L'hôtel a une valeur historique et architecturale certaine, que tout le monde connait. Il est facile d'accès depuis la gare et le tramway. On peut facilement diner dans le quartier (surtout que le restaurant de l'hôtel ne fonctionne pas). Dans la chambre : literie et moquette neuve. Je salue particulièrement le réceptionniste de nuit (un homme d'origine indienne dont je ne connais pas le nom) : il a été très patient et accueillant avec moi alors que j'avais 2h de retard et que j'étais passablement épuisé.

Cons:

Les prestations ne correspondent pas aux 4 étoiles affichées. La piscine et tout l'espace "bien-être" vantés dans le fascicule de l'hôtel n'existent plus. La fenêtre de la chambre n'est pas isolé phoniquement : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue, qui est la plus grande avenue de la ville. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans une salle lugubre qui ressemble à une cantine scolaire et qui n'a pas de fenêtre. On vous pose des boites de conserve directement sur le buffet, le café est servi dans des tasses promotionnelles Nescafé et avec des cuillères en plastiques. Le matériel et le mobilier du petit déjeuner est très usé. Le hall d'entrée est à peine éclairé, et n'est qu'une simple lieu de stockage de nombreux fauteuils et canapés aux styles divers. Le bar ouvert tout la journée n'a aucune décoration ni ambiance, le personnel est indifférent. Dans les couloirs, une ampoule sur 2 ne fonctionne pas.
On peut laisser ses bagages pendant la journée après avoir rendu les clés, mais les valises sont laissées au hasard à la réception, sans ticket, à la vue de tous.

Pros:

Hotel sam w sobie, ze względu na historię i wydarzenia, jakich był świadkiem, jest wyjątkowym miejscem na mapie Sarajewa - właśnie dlatego wybrałem go na ten pobyt.
Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel.
Świetna lokalizacja: blisko dworca kolejowego, muzeów, kilku centrów handlowych. Tuż obok jest przystanek tramwajowy, z którego można dojechać do Baščaršiji (choć spacer tam też jest bardzo przyjemny i niezbyt męczący) oraz przystanek autobusowy, z którego odjeżdża autobus 200E na lotnisko. Stadion olimpijski jest również niedaleko.
Plus, że śniadanie jest serwowane już od godz. 6 - ważne, jeśli ma się np. bilet na pociąg do Mostaru o 7:15.
Darmowy parking.

Cons:

Wystrój wnętrz trochę z poprzedniej epoki, choć ma to też pewien urok.
Bardzo mało miejsc parkingowych.
Śniadanie dosyć nudne, zwłaszcza przy dłuższym pobycie.

hochinteressantes Hotel mit unglaublicher Geschichte

Historie und Architektur des Hauses, beeindruckende Lobby, Frühstückszeiten bis 11 Uhr am Wochenende, Ausblick, Steckdosen am
Bett, bequemes Bett mit Kissenauswahl, Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer, genügend Ablageflächen, Größe des Zimmers, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, Kaffe-und Teebar, zuverlässiger Zimmerservice, WLAN war ok

Cons:

Duschwanne war sehr eng, Badboden wird beim Duschen nass, Bar in Lobby und Restaurant dauerhaft(?) geschlossen, Beschreibung daher irreführend, Frühstück war mäßig (Auswahl ok, aber z.T. lieblos dargeboten, krümelig, fleckig),
