Pros:

The room was nice, clean and silent enough, the air was fresh, I had an unusually great sleep in there! I also liked the brutalist style of the hotel, which can be divisive, but for me it was good to see. The staff was also nice to me!

Cons:

At the breakfast, I noticed that the hot dishes weren't kept warm enough. The food got too cold before I expected. The selection at the breakfast was also very "Bosnian": quite narrow palette, although the quality and taste of the ingredients was correct.

Pros:

الافطار سئي ، الاصناف غير مرضيه تمام ( صنف واحد جبن ابيض فقط ) الاكواب وصخه ومكسور . التكيف لا يعمل الاضاءه خربانه والله على مااقول شهيد .

اغلب الموظفين لطيفين

للأسف، لم تكن تجربتنا في الفندق بالمستوى المتوقع مقارنة بالمبلغ الذي دفعناه.

النظافة لم تكن جيدة بنسبة 100%، وكان من الواضح أن بعض الأماكن تحتاج إلى عناية وتنظيف أفضل. أما الإفطار فكان مقبولًا إلى حدٍ ما، لكنه محدود وليس بالجودة التي توقعناها من فندق بهذا السعر.

كما شاهدت موقفًا غير لائق من إحدى الموظفات، حيث كانت تتحدث بأسلوب ساخر مع أحد النزلاء أثناء محاولته توضيح طلبه لها باللغة العربية. وكنت انتظر لأسألها سؤال، فسألتني باستهزاء عن ذلك الرجل: «هل هذا تابع لك؟»، رغم أنني لا أعرفه ولا تربطني به أي علاقة. هذا التصرف لم يكن مهنيًا ولا مقبولًا. وبكل إنصاف، كان بقية الموظفين لطفاء ومتعاونين.

موقع الفندق مرتفع فوق تلة شديدة الانحدار، لذلك لا يمكن النزول إلى المنطقة الموجودة بالأسفل والعودة بسهولة سيرًا على الأقدام، خصوصًا للعائلات التي لديها طفل أو عربة أطفال. قد يبدو من الوصف أو بعض التقييمات أن جميع الخدمات قريبة وأسفل الفندق مباشرة، لكن الوصول إليها يتطلب نزول وصعود منحدر متعب جدًا. لذلك لا أنصح العائلات التي لديها أطفال بالحجز هنا إذا كانت تتوقع التنقل مشيًا.

بشكل عام، القيمة مقابل المال لم تكن جيدة. المبلغ الذي دفعناه كان مرتفعًا مقارنة بمستوى النظافة والطعام والمرافق. توجد فنادق أخرى في المنطقة نفسها تحت التله، وبأسعار مقاربه ومستوى أعلى بكثير.

Hotel or health hazard museum?
Pros:

The room I stayed in had been renovated and was absolutely lovely — modern, spotless, fresh, and beautifully done. Everything felt brand new and very comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is crying out for renovation. The breakfast restaurant, the reception area, and the restaurant next to the hotel are all in an extremely poor and outdated condition. They look neglected and are in such a terrible state that they hardly seem fit even for a museum, let alone a hotel serving guests. A complete renovation is urgently needed.

Super vikend u Sarajevu
Pros:

Odličan krevet i pogled. Soba je svaki dan čišćena tako da je sve bilo uredno.

Cons:

Trebalo bi obnoviti restoran i malo vremena uložiti u bolju organizaciju restorana. Jedno jutro nam je sa gornjeg kata curila voda u kupaoni. Vanjske jedinice klima uređaja sa nižeg objekta buče nenormalno. Treba ugraditi usmjerivače zraka/buke u smjeru od hotela da se to što manje čuje u sobama.
