Liked everything. Was a bit far to walk to the centre, but there is a large pedestrian street for much of the way back.

Staff is nice, Hotel is clean. Continental breakfast with a lot of fresh and healthy options,

The main entrance of the hotel was somehow blocked and dusty because they have some construction right next to it.

Dirty sheets, towels, my sheets had holes in it. House rules you can’t get outside food in the hotel which is ridiculous. They will charge you or fine you if you don’t follow thier rules. Breakfast served was day old and shit. Definitely not a 4star rating but I would Rate 1 star only

Gutes Hotel für paar Nächte
Pros:

Lage ist super, 5 min vom grossen Einkaufszentrum 20 min zur Altstadt zu fuss. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sind schon paar mal hier gewesen.

Cons:

Mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück; Brot, Aufschnitt und Obst.
Und die Matratzen sind viel zu Hart.

Hotelska usluga je korektna, ali previše generička za hotel s 4 zvjezdice.
Pros:

Hotel je čist i uredan. Osoblje na hotelskoj recepciji i u restoranu je vrlo ljubazno i susretljivo. Lokacija hotela je jako dobra, centar je lako dostupan javnim prijevozom (tramvaj), a opcija hodanjem- šetnjom za one koji to žele nije prezahtjevna.

Cons:

Hotel ima četiri zvjezdice pa je za očekivati da će imati bogatiju ponudu svježeg voća za doručak, kvalitetnije voćne sokove i više vrsta mliječnih proizvoda u individualnim pakiranjima.

Pros:

案内してくれた部屋はリニューアルされたではないかと思います。口コミのような古い部屋ではなく、明るく、広いです。
朝食の選択肢が多く、サラダと炒め野菜を選べます。
鉄道駅に近いので、モスタールなどの移動するならお勧めします。
ホテル目の前のトラム停車駅もあるので、旧市街に行くことは便利です！

補足：
1. トラムは鉄道駅に行かないので、ホテル付近に降りたら徒歩8分ぐらいです。
2. モスタールに行く電車は定時に発車するか、二等車なら自由席なので、早めに駅に行って乗ることはお勧めします！

Cons:

チェックアウトしたら荷物が預けれます。カウンターの横に置けるが、誰でもアクセスできるので、貴重品なら入れないほうが無難です。
