Location is superb and staff hospitality is tip top

Cons:

Hotel so old redy, carpet in the room and corridor bringing some unpleasant smell, and the furniture in the room looks old, compared to so many other new hotel which just 1-2km away, time to upgrade

The bread toaster in the breakfast area was not working properly. Bread kept stuck inside, when I try to get it, I accidentally burn my hand, very dangerous

Excellent stay: Great location, friendly staff, and good Wi-Fi.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The room's cleanliness was decent, and the Wi-Fi worked great. We will come back again on the next trip.

Cons:

Honestly, there's nothing we don't like about Centara Hat Yai, everything met our expectations.

Pros:

fantastic location. I would consider Centara as one of the better hotels in Hatyai. Service staffs are well trained, all very polite, and I must mention concierge Charaat who is always cheerful and smiling. If price is a bit better I would give a10 star rating.

Cons:

Room rates quite expensive.

Booking cancelled by hotel 4 days before arrival
Pros:

Booked Centara Hotel Hat Yai via Expedia for my family in January 2026 for travel in June 2026. Expedia advised 4 days before arrival that this hotel would not honour the bookings. Messaged the hotel and received no response, which is so rude. Now left with nowhere to stay and having to find somewhere. Would you want to trust this hotel with your booking? I will not trust Centara ever again

Pros:

During our check-in day, we we told that the hotel main aircon unit were out of order. The management offer us to the nearest New Season Square hotel with no further payments.

Cons:

The shuttle van to shift us from Centara to New Season Square was that smooth and we end up taking our own transport there.
