Amazing hospitality at Centara Hatyai
Pros:

The front desk team for their amazing service. Special mention must be made for the excellent service by the Bell Captain Mr Charat. He was always there to assist me and my group. I've booked another stay for my group at Centara from 4 to 7 July.

Perfect Location
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location and very convenient for getting around. The room was comfortable and met my expectations.

Cons:

The check-in staff only provided one room key card which made it inconvenient whenever one of us needed to go downstairs while the other stayed in the room
