Great location and service, though rooms were modest.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful and available our whole stay.

Cons:

There were some issues with the room, including the basin in the bathroom that had been broken previously and while had been repaired was able to be moved when I rested my hand on it. There was also a broken light fixture by the bed.

Location, price and bed were comfy but your number needs updating on booking.com and some amenities within the room were

Cons:

The phone number for the property doesn’t work so it might be a good idea for that to be changed especially if there’s an emergency
There was no milk in the fridge for coffee or tea when most motels have complementary milk and the tv in the room had minimal channels and some channels you could hear it but could see the picture!

Cheap price but disappointing

Quite untidy and unfinished
Broken hot water tap in the shower, broken and damaged, skirting board in the room, Aircon Vent stuck together with masking tape, roller blind, coming away at the edges, no cleaning done for all three days while I was there despite of requesting it, somebody just came and replaced the towels and that’s it, no beds refreshed
