Not an enjoyable accommodation.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and it was a great location.

Cons:

The room was dirty. There were dust webs and cobwebs in every corner of the room. The shower door was broken. You had to step up into the tub/shower over two feet with no handle to hold for safety. Really was not a pleasant experience.

This was my 2nd stay at this property. Stark difference from 1st to most rec3n
Pros:

5he room was very clean. The bed comfortable

Cons:

The air conditioner was very noisy. The breakfast Cafe was no longer open ( booking.com shows available) the entrance was disgraceful. Threadbare and misaligned mats, and the glass doors and Cafe doors were so dirty that you could barely see through them. Makes you wonder why the Cafe was not open

Very disappointing. Would never come back.
Pros:

the location was the best feature.

Cons:

Only two lights in the room worked. There were 5 so the room was very poorly lit.
the room was very shabby & needed upgrading eg a new paint & new carpet & furnishing. Over all it was really scruffy & uninviting. The bath over shower was too high & hard to get out of after showering. There was only 1 sheet on the bed with a duvet over top very unhygienic. Advertisement said there was a restaurant there wasn't. We were disappointed & won't be back.

Great location but positives end there.
Pros:

Amazing location, close to the train station and lots of restaurants close by.

Cons:

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Bedside light and USB on one side of the bed didn't work. The bathroom had black hairs everywhere, including on walls, floors, and ceilings. One of the elevators wasn't working. Carpets were threadbare in some areas
