Fantastic stay...!!!!!
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast and a great location. The room was very spacious, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful experience with excellent service and a lovely classic atmosphere.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is not new, but it is very well maintained and has a charming, classic hotel atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally nice and attentive, they opened the doors for us, helped with our luggage, and made us feel very welcome.

The rooms were comfortable, spacious and quiet, which made for a very relaxing stay. The sauna and jacuzzi were a great bonus, and the pool was also very nice.

Breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety of fresh food. We especially liked that some dishes were prepared and cooked on site by the staff.

Amazing comfort and value
Pros:

Exceptional from the time we checked in. We were actually early for check in but were graciously accommodated with an early check in. The ocean view was awesome. The rooms are large and spacious. Great sound proofing. We had a peaceful sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect. Quick walk to the two Gurney Malls. There are so many dining options around the hotel, and the promenade is great for an evening stroll. The breakfast was huge and catered to everyone. I must mention that the staff attitude and level of service with a genuine smile is exemplary. Staff are polite and courteous, and I find that this really makes a difference when on family vacation.

We had a great stay as usual. Staff are friendly. Keep up the good work.
Pros:

Hotel is centrally located and convenient with nearby amenities. We can get to our destinations easily without hassle by Grab or even just walking.

Cons:

The wifi could improve. Network was better during previous visits compared to recent experience.

Do tamanho do quarto, átrio do hotel lindíssimo. Variedade de escolha no pequeno almoço. Boa piscina. Localização agradável, em 10m num grab estás no centro da cidade.

Cons:

O hotel é um clássico, ainda com muita alcatifa, apesar de ser bastante confortável, já precisaria de uma renovação. Mas mesmo assim aconselho vivamente

Pros:

La posizione ottima, la camera era spaziosa e comodissima, la hall spettacolare e la colazione veramente buonissima e completa di tutto per non parlare della gentilezza dello staff.

Cons:

La spa: la vasca idromassaggio di acqua calda era vuota e il bagno turco non funzionava ma credo (spero) sia stato solo un malfunzionamento temporaneo.

Our stay was good and we will definitely be back to stay.

Mr Wright (front reception) was very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast selection was good. The pastries were fresh and good. The eggs station was always busy but the 'Chefs' on duty were good at their work.

Cons:

The maintenance of the room - carpets stained and old. Plug points (some) were falling off from the wall. Noise from the air-conditioner outlet was annoying when it's turn to 25 DegC onwards.
