Amazing service, breakfast, old hotel needs renovation.
Pros:

Comfy beds, amazing staff, very good breakfast and they gave me everything I asked without asking any questions, like 5-6 extra water bottles, shower gel, towels.

Cons:

The swimming pool is not clean, lots of dirt on floor of the pool. The room didnt smell fresh when we entered, and over all its a old hotel, cracked floors everywhere including the elevator, washroom. They need to make these small renovation ASAP.

Great and excellent stay
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety with a good spread of delicious options. The hotel's location was also excellent, making it convenient to get around and explore the area. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Not enough staff in the breakfast area.

The hotel was a little outdated but this was not a problem. It was clean, everything worked well except for internet and staff were very helpful

Good hotel, convenient and the sea view rooms had a good view from the upper floor
Pros:

A nice hotel with good views of the bay.
Close enough to Georgetown by Grab which works out fairly economical
Check in / check out was hassle free
Parking was hassle free
Complimentary use of some minibar items which were replenished daily

Cons:

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner.
Bathrooms are a little old fashioned.
Breakfast buffet needs some better options and management. Tends to run out quickly and refills are slow
