Safe for a solo woman traveler
Pros:

Comfortable bed. and pillows, Love the real coffee cups and real glasses, a nice touch. I love the comfort of the Deluxe rooms with the garden patios. A pleasure to stay here while in Palo Alto.

Cons:

Only thing I can think of is I would prefer the housekeeper not to knock at 9am asking when I was leaving. I was just getting out of the shower.

Another great stay—so good that we decided to extend our trip!
Pros:

Our plans changed, so we ended up extending our stay for another four nights after our original 14-night stay. This time, we moved to a three-bed room, which was perfect for our family of three—having a bed for each of us made the stay even more comfortable. We had another great stay and were just as happy with the hotel as we were the first time!

A wonderful stay with a great location, spacious rooms, beautiful views, and genuinely caring service.
Pros:

Great location, spacious room, and wonderful service. The hotel is very conveniently located for visiting Stanford University and attending tech events around Silicon Valley. Our room was quite large, and the view was beautiful.

A special thank-you to the gentleman at the front desk (I unfortunately didn’t get his name). My son arrived late at night, and he was incredibly kind and helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. We really appreciated his warm welcome and assistance.

We had a great stay and would happily stay here again!

Pros:

Really sweet spot. It's a Motel with charm and mature trees - easy access - great beds - great towels.

Cons:

I wish there were an abundant more of the pool towels. They are always empty.

After spending all day at the hospital with my husband, Creekside is a great place to relax
Pros:

This is my home away from home in the city. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and it is very peaceful surroundings. With the beautiful landscaping it's easy to forget you are in the city. Coffee and above average muffins and pastries in the morning was a plus.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a couple of extras coffees in the room but it wouldn't stop me from staying there.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Loved the location and the garden setting. The rooms were super clean (except for the occasional ant, lol) and I love the fact that there was a fantastic little deli right on the same property

Cons:

We had to deal with a few ants in our bedding, but we had been warned beforehand that we might encounter some stray bugs because of all the foliage. Also, housekeeping came in banged on our door at 8:00 in the morning and woke us up.
