Het is een schitterend hotel met een rijke historie. Het is wel toe aan wat modernisering en daar zijn ze volgens mij net mee gestart. De locatie is perfect, tegenover een metrostation met 3 lijnen en dicht bij winkels en restaurants. De kamers zijn ruim genoeg en de bedden comfortabel.
Via het ventilatiesysteem komen soms etensluchten de hotelkamer in. De douche is aan de krappe kant en de wc met automatische klep gaan bij het minste of geringste open.

1. Saya request kamar di lantai agak tinggi dan berdekatan dgn kamar anak sy
= di kasih kamar di lt3 dgn posisi paling ujung jauh dr akses lift dan jauh juga dr posisi kamar anak sy, padahal jika di lihat dr total kamar dgn tamu yg ada sangat jauh dr kata full
2. Ruangan kamar sangat bauuuuu dan bikin mual, bau khas badan orang china (maaf bukan rasis tp ini kenyataan) sampe sy beli pewangi ruangan krn saya sdh terlanjur boiking untuk 4malam
mau minta pindah ganti kamar pun sdh tidak ada energi krn kami habis menempuh penerbangan jauh dan tiba masih subuh tdk bisa earky check in sehingga otak & mata sdh tdk 100%
3. selantai karpetnya bau khususnya area karpet di lorong kamar saya sangat2 bau susu basi
4. Staf front office / Resepsionis tidak bisa berbasa inggris ini hotel *4 loh bukan hotel murahan, masa mempekerjakan orang staf yg tdk bisa berbahasa Inggris di pelayanan terdepan, sedangkan di luar hotel banyak orang2 menjajahkan jualan kw dengan sangat pasih berbahasa Inggris, masa staf hotel *4 kalah dgn pedagang non resmi yg berkeliaran di trotoar jalan?

The location of the hotel couldn't be more perfect .. Metro Line 2 from the airport (either Pudong or Hongqiao) is a direct line to the People's Square metro station, and by using the exit 8 or 9, one simply crosses the road to reach the hotel ..the breakfast is excellent and offers a wide variety ..
the free WiFi in the room wasn't very good ...
