Inn On Fifth

This is a very nice hotel. The Club Level offering were only average but adequate. Housekeeping did a good job but we were never sure when they would come.

Our Executive Team has hosted three offsites at Inn on Fifth, and it has become our go-to destination for good reason. The rooms, amenities, service, cuisine, and location consistently exceed our expectations — perfectly aligned with the goals we set for each retreat.

A special mention goes to David Blais, who has coordinated all three experiences with us. His dedication and partnership have been instrumental in making each stay truly exceptional. We genuinely believe our experiences wouldn't be what they are without him.

Location

We stayed at the club level suites for our wedding night and the stay was absolutely fantastic. They decorated our room with rose petals for our arrival. A chilled champagne bottle, charcuterie selection, and handwritten note were waiting for us in our room. The complementary breakfast in the lounge was clean, well stocked, and had a lovely selection. We were cared for exceptionally from start to finish. We loved this stay and will recommend the Inn to everyone we know.

Wonderful property with a very friendly, cordial, polite and respectful staff. the front desk crew, the valet team, the maintenance staff and the impeccable housekeeping team all deserve a round of applause. Bravo!

The property is well maintained, very clean and the pool area is stunning. Cafe and pool food/drink employees were accommodating and very friendly.

Stay at The Inn on 5th, you won’t regret it.

Very nice hotel, well located in the heart of downtown and near to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was our third stay, with our Labrador so you know we are fans. Issue is some rooms are becoming a bit dated and in need of remodeling. Given their prices, that's a bit disappointing. Regardless, it's still our preferred destination in Naples, with great staff and convenient amenities.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Inn on Fifth. We never needed the car, walked to all the wonderful restaurants and shops, also just 5 blocks from the beach.
We will definitely be back.

Overall a very nice hotel with lots of amenities, although a bit pricey. 5th Ave. is very beautiful with lots of indoor and outdoor entainment. There are a lot of place to eat and drink. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in the old Naples. Walking distance to the beach and Tin City. But when the sun is torching, time to utilize the hotel free transportation. Perfect for going to 3st south too. Tasty breakfast made to order. I recommend egg breakfast and smoked salmon toast. Good size and clean and comfortable room. Good size bath countertop and shower room. The bath  amenities are on moisture aide. I don't need much body cream after wash but it was strange for my husband to be so smooth after shower. Lol. They didn't provide any other amenities such as cotton swab or shower cap. Nor any pen or notepad in the room which I found odd. I guess they will provide if you ask for it. I bring my own but still thought they should have some. I enjoyed the meal on our balcony overlooking the pool. Very nice in the evening. There is really just one restaurant in the hotel which is by the pool. Truluck and Ocean Prime aren't part of it but Ocean Prime does provide dinner room service food. Here they charge a resort fee but there is actually very limited complementary items included. You got two bottles of water, can use gym and pool, and free shuttle within 2 miles radius. That was it. For any food consumption, even if you are at the pool side, not delivering anything, there's 20% food and beverage charge, which I am still confused about gratuity included or not (sometimes yes sometimes no on the bill) but the bill does ask for additional tips. In room service will have $5 delivery fee. It said so on the menu. But I suspect it is $5 per item as we order two items and they charge us $10. Every group checking out has to ask about various credit they are entitled to. I feel they can be more clear up front.

A hotel favorite of ours! The Staff, professionalism, willingness to always go the extra mile, wonderful rooms and amenities ... are all things I think about with the Inn on 5th.

Armond (evening concierge) wonderful!!! Staff providing the beautiful food and drink throughout the day were all SO pleasant & EXCELLENT. The food delicious, presentation, background music at concierge level worth every penny and then some!

My husband and I selected Inn on Fifth Hotel to celebrate our anniversary. It was our first time in this hotel. We loved the "Club Level" experience - these rooms and concierge are located in another building across the street. The location is perfect. Naples downtown is charming. The Suit enormous, clean and sophisticated taste. For the Club level guests, they offer free breakfast and healthy and delicious snacks and all kind of drinks from 5 pm to 9 pm. There were a bottle of wine and a warm note from the Hotel Manager for our Anniversary. The staff were professional and nice. We also enjoyed the pool and hot jacuzzi. A black Cadillac Escalade SUV drove us to the beach, and one umbrella, two beach chairs and towels were provided. When we called the hotel, the SUV arrived in less than 5 minutes. We will return for sure!

Hotel is much more outdated than the pictures and you can see from the details:

- pool side bar / chairs quality of the drinks
- keurig in the room - not nespresso
- bed frame and sheets

The worst part however was valet - why charge $42 if the street parking is wide open and never need to be paid. They could have just told us vs literally parking it there.

The perk I like was Escalade driving you around but it was 10-30 min wait so not exactly good service.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean with coffee and water available. The location was amazing, close to great restaurants and shopping!

The location met our needs. 5th Avenue had a good variety of restaurants and shops.
Our room was a good size and most of all very clean. We walked out to the pool from our room. The morning coffee was a plus.
One suggestion the shower should have grab bars and a hand held shower would be nice.

We absolutely love staying at the Inn On Fifth , the location in Old Naples is perfect and they drive you around town to restaurants and shopping which is very convenient. Armand, Lisa, and Michael on the club level could not be any more helpful friendly and courteous.

Juan, Enrique, and Juan Pablo at the valet are amazing they cannot do enough for the guests.

The pool is a great spot to hang before we go out and about.

Highly recommend it as the best place to stay in Naples!!

Our recent stay at the Inn on 5th was nothing short of spectacular. From the second we arrived, the concierge service was top-tier, handling every detail of our visit with genuine warmth and professionalism.

The daily culinary offerings were a highlight—we loved the morning breakfast spread and the afternoon snack activities, which provided the perfect pick-me-up before heading back out to explore. Speaking of exploring, you simply cannot beat this location. We were steps away from the best restaurants and boutiques on 5th Avenue South, and a beautiful, short stroll from the white sands of the Gulf beach. If you want to experience the best of downtown Naples with world-class service, this is the place to be!"

The Inn On Fifth is a great location with an exceptional staff. We drove over from MBeach and they made it a wonderful stay. The only downside was $40 for valet, but they did offer us a parking garage or street parking too. So, there were options. We will be back on our next visit soon.
