Inn On Fifth

Our stay at Inn on Fifth was exceptional from start to finish. The service was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Naples. We were able to walk to fantastic restaurants, shopping, and the beach, making it incredibly convenient to explore everything the area has to offer.

The hotel itself was spotless. Our room and all of the common areas were impeccably clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing.

If you’re looking for a hotel that combines outstanding service, an ideal location, and exceptional cleanliness, Inn on Fifth is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

Air conditioner was broken. Toilet got backed up would not flush properly

Overcharged at pool. Got a ticket with charges on the ticket that we did not order

Hot tub was not hot at all

Early morning at pool the entire pool area was wet and it had not rained. Table and chairs for breakfast was wet.

Coffee ran out around 9 and also crème was empty.

Was over charged for items I did not get.

Gift shop had flooded items in gift shop are way over priced.

Tv did not work

Some of the plugs in to did not work

Some staff could not speak English

For the price of hotel it was not what zi was accustomed to

Hotel is over priced for rooms gifts and resort fee.

I would not recommend this hotel for any one to stay at

We celebrated my husband’s 79th birthday on Friday and Saturday, as a staycation! The Inn is a fantastic place with a wonderful staff. Check-in and out was seamless and took only a few minutes. It’s a truly a clean resort. It’s a must if you’re in the area or traveling here from Pittsburgh (we met a family) who were enjoying their time here also.

Awesome hotel in an unbeatable location We stayed in the club level suite. Beautiful room clean and well appointed. We stayed on the third floor so open the door and we have breakfast, snacks, cocktails (top shelf liquor) and deserts. All included. Service was superb!! Very friendly, efficient staff. Nice pool & well equipped fitness center as well. Never had to use our car, they shuttle you via golf cart or Suburban to the beach ( they supply chairs, umbrella & towels) restaurants, drug store etc. Had a fabulous time. Can’t wait to return

Wow!!! The Inn on 5th in Naples is the best hotel we have stayed in in years!!! Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was so comfortable. The food is excellent!!!! The pool is beautiful. We are absolutely going back!!!

We loved the Inn on 5th! It was so beautiful and spotless! We loved the rooms and the pool was perfect! It’s so conveniently located to so many great restaurants and shops and the beach is so close! The shuttle service and the beach amenities provided were so useful! We celebrated our honeymoon at the Inn and there was a card and box of chocolates waiting for us when we arrived in our room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the Inn on 5th!!!!

My wife and I were last here 6 years ago and were impressed back then. Now with the new owner and the remodeling, the place is even better than we remembered. As usual, the staff is over the top. From valet to check in to pool staff, we never had a concern. We stayed in a pool room and it was extremely convenient to walk out the back and jump right in. The room was spotless and the bathroom had a huge shower. Walk right out the front and there's plenty of places to choose for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Inn on Fifth while celebrating my husband’s birthday. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown Naples and within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and upscale. We especially loved being able to walk out the door and enjoy everything Fifth Avenue has to offer.

A fantastic hotel for a special getaway. We look forward to returning!
