Inn On Fifth

Unfortunately our room, for the second visit in a row was not deep cleaned and we had to leave early due to a reaction to pet hair.

We will not be coming back for a third time.

I don’t want to tell you about Inn on Fifth as it’s too good to share.
For us, everything was perfect, great hotel, lovely relaxing vibe, excellent pool and great location. We loved every aspect of the hotel. Little things like the pool attendant bringing iced water, the great artwork spread around the hotel and the location enabled us to leave our car for four days as we liked to walk including to the beach to watch the dolphins and beautiful sunset.
The loan of beach towels and an umbrella was helpful.

Nice hotel, great location. Welcoming and attentive staff. Only concern is this hotel states "non smoking" and a guest was allowed to smoke in plain sight regularly while this concern was brought to mgmt's attention it was not handled effectively.

Great location great service great concierge service from Mike and Armand. Front of house service is excellent along with the food, pool, and cocktails! Absolutely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Inn on Fifth in Naples! The location was perfect—right in the heart of Fifth Avenue, making it so easy to enjoy the shopping, restaurants, and beautiful surroundings. Our room was lovely, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the entire experience felt welcoming and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

The property itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully cared for in every detail. What I loved most was the perfect balance of comfort and sophistication. We felt completely at home while still enjoying an elevated, luxurious experience.

It is rare to find a hotel that combines such genuine hospitality, impeccable surroundings, and a true sense of comfort so seamlessly. We absolutely loved our stay and would be delighted to return!

We come to the Inn on Fifth for our wedding anniversary each year. It doesn’t disappoint!
Staff is friendly, professional, and capable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting.
The front desk was expecting us and facilitated a smooth and easy check-in.
Club Level is worth the added expense.
Concierge staff (Armand, Lisa, and Michael) are very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was too small for two adults at one time but we felt it was a very minor inconvenience. The bed was comfortable, closet more than adequate. 5th Avenue S is always delightful but is so much less crowded at this time of year.
We will be booking a room for next year as soon as the hotel’s calendar opens up.

It’s a tranquil treasure in the heart of Naples. Just park and walk and totally chill, super people and the Club Floor makes it even easier to relax.

We love the area. Shopping, food, beach and pool, and spa all so close.

What can I say. Inn on Fifth is a beautiful hotel on Fifth Ave, in the heart of Naples. It was a 15 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. The hotel staff was happy to drive us though, and gave us beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella, all free of charge. (I gave him a tip of course) We called, and they drove us back when we were ready. The entire staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The pool was awesome. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing experience! No details were left out. The Inn on Fifth is next level and why my wife and I chose it for our anniversary trip in Naples. Located in fine dining central as well as in the heart of the best shops around that boasts some of the most luxurious brand names it’s a must if you’re planning a trip in the near future. Also less than a few blocks from the ocean (.4 miles) so very convenient. A unique add or option was also a text message with the concierge where you could arrange requests for your room, transportation or anything else offered by the hotel. The pool staff / bartenders, front desk associates, housekeepers and valet were all exceptional- friendly and professional. Unique pieces of art were on display and available for purchase making a nice addition/ touch of class to an already magnificent hotel lobby and seating area. Also noteworthy of mention, one night we got back from dinner around 9:30 so too late for room service but Olivia at the front desk said give me a minute and went and found us some fresh baked cookies. Completely kind and not necessary but above and beyond. If I were booking in downtown Naples this is where I would stay. We will be back for sure because not only was everything perfect but the entire team went above and beyond to make our anniversary week truly memorable and extra special! If you are coming to Naples this is the place to stay!
