Lovely place and definitely will stay there again
Pros:

I loved the hotel. I will always stay there when I'm in New York City. It has the feel of a boutique hotel. The Staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

I had no control over the air conditioner :(

The room service was great; they cleaned daily and replaced all the comfort items and bathroom supplies.
Breakfast was also nice, with fruits, protein choices, and fresh juice.

Cons:

We picked this hotel mainly because it has a kitchen. When traveling with family, having a kitchen makes it easier to cook home food for the kids instead of running around looking for food during attractions. It keeps things comfortable for everyone. Unfortunately, they don’t allow using an Instant Pot.

This is the worst hotel room that we ever stayed and we can not recommend the hotel to our friends.

Great location, nice reception area and friendly stuff

Cons:

We stayed in room 228 which is marketed as "Metropolitan suite", but this is not a suite and should not be sold as a suite. It is a small cramped and dark room with less than minimal kitchen accessories. The room is without a proper window (half of the glass is coated) making the room very dark and dingy. The room was very noisy, day and night, since the air condition machines of the hotel are at that level, in front of the window. Also, no proper light in the bathroom. This is the worst hotel room that we ever stayed and we can not recommend it to our friends. The elevators situation is terrible (1 guest elevator and 2 service elevators), it takes a lot of time to get up or down.

Καθαριότητα και ευγενικό προσωπικό.
Pros:

Πολύ κοντά στο Central Park και την Times Square. Δίπλα σε πολλές στάσεις μετρό και σε αρκετά σούπερ μάρκετ και εστιατόρια.

Cons:

Δεν ήταν έτοιμο το οικογενειακό δωμάτιο για 4 άτομα αλλά για 2.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, ottima colazione, personale gentile. Complessivamente abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno.

Cons:

Il problema principale riguarda quello definito come “angolo cottura”: in realtà non c’è alcun piano cottura ma solo forno a microonde! Nelle stanze c’è molta umidità e non è possibile aprire nemmeno di qualche cm le finestre. La moquette nelle stanze rende tutto decisamente meno pulito.
