It has two bathrooms, which makes it a great option for family travel.
And the room decor is a bit out date, but the furniture quality is great. And the location is wonderful, walk distance to most places. The room was cleaned every day during our stay, and the staff member who looked after us was very nice and friendly.
We truly enjoyed our stay here. The excellent service was a big part of what made our trip so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again on our next trip.
The hotel only has two guest elevators, and one of them was out of service during our stay. Fortunately, there were still two other elevators available for internal use, so the impact was minimal and we didn’t experience significant delays.

Aggiungerei solo qualche foto reale alla pagina booking, in quanto sono presenti solo render pubblicitari che, in quanto tali, non rappresentano in pieno l'aspetto reale. ad ogni modo tutto ok!
Stanno fortunatamente facendo lavori sull'impianto ascensore, che non è così terribile come descritto in alcune recensioni, ma che comunque necessita effettivamente di un miglioramento

Very convenient location and just above the mayhem of Times Square. Spacious room and super strong shower with plenty of hot water!

The elevators need to be upgraded, which we saw the hotel was already working on.
Was not so bad but we just used the service elevators.
If someone was in a big hurry could be an issue.
The hotel check-in staff were very good, However:
1, I could not control the Air conditioner. When I got back from dinner my room was feerzing and I could not shut-off the Air- The thermostat was Impossible to control. I shut it off and it conditioned to operate and I had to sleep In my pants and a sweater.
The TV. remote is Impossible to figure out I could not get to stations I wanted to watch like cnbc?
It always ended up on the same old movie stations.
You should have written Instructions in the room on how to operate some of the features?
The coffee machine had only one small regular coffee and no fixings .
I got no sleep and was up all morning freezing, not able to kill time on the tv . Not enough coffee to wake -up.
Went upstairs on the breakfast floor just to get a cup of coffee. and the staff their were pr..ks. When I began to make a cup of coffee they told me very nasty it was "8$ for a cup of coffee for the same coffee I had in the room"
When I said I was told by the check-In associate that there was coffee all day upstairs. the continental breakfast set-up like what most Holiday In have I told was $35$? I gave them my room # grabbed a small cup of coffee and checked -out minutes later and cancelled my afternoon meeting got my car out of the parking lot across the street and couldn't get back fast enough to New Jersey.
Next time I will stay at an IHG Hotel as I have been a Platinum member for many years and I usually stay at the Intercontinental. A friend of mine who has a time Share at The Manhatten Club told me to try it. You had a special for that night that cost $360+ which was a rip-off for the experience.
I stayed there because the location was very close to the person I had the meeting with on Central Park South.
Sorry this is a negative review I don't remember ever writing one because I usually appreciate everyone's efforts!!

Location is great!
Elevator broken and had to use the back. It takes so long and most of the time its full. Room temperature isnt regulated. Hot in one bedroom apartment -- bedroom warm while main living room was so cold. Rooms are so dark too.

Перед заездом уточнил у Jerry есть ли в номере платные напитки или закуски. Он сказал, что нету. При выезде с нас сняли за бутилированную воду 17.42$, это было неприятно (3 бутылки, как мне сказали при выезде)
Берут 500$ депозит. Пока прошло 5 рабочих дней, но депозит ещё не вернули, а за воду уже сняли.
Кровать удобная, раскладной диван ужасный.
Only one main elevator was working, but service elevators were available. Overall, very pleased with property.
We did not use breakfast service, but coffee on 26th floor was nice. Also, enjoyed 26th floor to watch end to NBA championship game w/food and drink service serving late into the evening.
Overall, main lobby was not as glitzy as other hotels, but the experience turned out to be very satisfying. Staff were friendly and attentive. We felt comfortable coming and going with friendly rapport and greetings from staff monitoring the property. Valets were attentive to securing airport transportation. Room maids cleaning rooms were friendly and attentive too. Very pleased with our stay!
