Excelente ubicación y estadía confortable en New York!

La ubicación es excelente, el personal que allí trabaja son todos muy amables (desde las personas dedicadas a limpieza, las que están en recepción, los que coordinan el transporte, todos excelentes personas), la habitación muy cómoda, sábanas y toallones de excelente calidad.

Cons:

Sólo tenemos dos observaciones negativas: el tema de los ascensores. Una lástima tener que esperar tanto tiempo para acceder a un ascensor. Durante nuestra estadía, un ascensor estaba fuera de servicio y realmente se complicaba mucho al momento de necesitarlo. Incluso tuvimos que acudir al ascensor de servicio.
La segunda observación es que nos tocó una habitación alfombrada, y cuando llegábamos con tanto calor, se sentía un olor desagradable. No nos pareció higiénica la alfombra.

Pros:

Adam on the front desk is very good and efficient. He helped in refunding. $500 cash deposit at the time of check out.

Cons:

They take $500 deposit per day, which is astronomical.

Elevators are a nightmare and a lot of time is wasted in waiting for it.

המיקום של המלון פשוט מושלם! 5 דק מהסנטרל פארק ורבע שעה מהאיים סקוואר! מאד מתאים למשפחות. זה שיש מקרר בחדר ממש טוב. הצוות נחמדים מאד, החדר גדול על מזגן מקפיא. בקיצור באמת לא יכלנו לבקש טוב יותר. המחיר די יקר, אבל בהתחשב במיקום ובתמורה לדעתי זה אחלה! ממליצים מאד.

Awesome experience! I would highly recommend staying here! Amazing staff, location, great value!
Pros:

The Manhattan Club is a great location. Literally across the street from Carnegie hall and 3 block walk to Central Park. It is in the perfect location to walk absoutely any where you'd like and get on the subway.

Cons:

Loved The Manhattan Club, everyone was nice, helpful, outgoing, etc. We would definitely stay there again. Our Room was clean, roomy but could use a little refresh of paint and carpet. With that being said, we'd for sure stay at this hotel again.

Quarto com móveis e aparência de velho. A poltrona dá impressão de suja. Banheiro também com as cerâmicas velhas e com sinal de desgaste, além de não ter box. Café da manhã com apresentação ruim. Não há tomadas para celular nos dois lados da cama.

박물관, 미술관 다니기 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 지하철도 가깝고요. 단지 택시나 차를 이용하기에는 좀 불편한데, 이건 그 동네가 다 그래요. 카네기홀하고 뉴욕 시티센터 바로 옆이라 클래식하고 연극 공연 좋아하는 사람들에게 강추합니다.

Cons:

엑스트라 배드는 허리가 아프니까 신청하지 않아도 돼요. 호텔 규모에 비해 엘리베이터 규모가 작아요. 뒤편에 직원용 엘리베이터도 개방하고 있으니 그걸 이용하는 게 좋아요.
