Great location and facilities - especially the spa/pool. Very helpful reception staff. Nice bar staff (well, on one night!) too.
Breakfast staff don’t care and are forgetful. Although the food and choice were very good. Room charges are crazy but this is Dublin. We moved rooms to try to avoid road noise but instead ended-up facing the courtyard at the front of the hotel and that seemed worse! I don’t know if there would be a good place to avoid such noise. I appreciate this hotel is in the city of Dublin but the noise is tremendous.
Very good place and friendly staff, not noisy at all
Nice big very comfortable bed , amazing breakfast so much choices , service outstanding 👌

Très bien situé. Chambre très propre, équipements fonctionnels. Accueil chaleureux. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Contrairement à d’autres avis, nous n’avons eu aucun problème avec le bruit de la rue.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property, especially considering the price we paid.
Firstly, the room was not particularly clean on arrival. There was a large stain on the chair that appeared quite unpleasant, as well as multiple stains on the carpet, which gave the room an unkempt and unhygienic feel.
In addition, the shower did not provide hot water for two days. When we tried to have a COLD shower the drain was blocked so the water was leaking over the floor. We reported this issue to the front desk.
The most significant issue, however, was the smell in the room. A strong odour resembling rotting sewage was coming in through the window, and at times the room absolutely reeked. This made the stay extremely uncomfortable.
Had this been a budget hostel, we may have been more understanding. However, we had booked this stay to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and the accommodation was far from inexpensive. Given the standard we expected for the price paid, the condition of the room and the unresolved issues were simply not acceptable.
Overall, we do not feel the accommodation met a reasonable standard, and the experience significantly impacted what was meant to be a special occasion.
Nice breakfast.
Nice bedroom and products.
Good location.
Got a great rate for a Dublin hotel but like all hotels in the area the price can be extortionate.
We'd stay again but probably only with the same rate (€100-120pp b&b)
Rooms are stiflingly hot!
The room was very comfortable and clean with everything needed i.e. iron and hairdryer and good bed. The location is excellent and the best part was the excellent breakfast!
Very central and loads of pubs nearby
Nothing I thought it was fantastic
