Pros:

We loved this hotel. It has great facilities and the room was lovely. We appreciated the coffee machine, robes, slippers and lovely toiletries.

Cons:

The bed was quite old and dipped in the middle. Some of the pillows were very old and lumpy. There is no air conditioning in the rooms so we didn't sleep very well as it was a really warm evening.

Great stay, food, and staff
Pros:

The hotel was great - awesome location and the front desk and restaurant staff are very kind. Especially Joy - she was very friendly and attentive. I stayed for about 3 days and two of my lunches were the Bowl special they had with beef brisket. Yum. 10/10 experience overall.

Great location, staff welcoming and efficient. However, given hot
Pros:

Location was great. Easy walking distance to most things. Room clean. Staff very pleasant

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the room. A fan was provided but was absolutely useless. Given the high temperature during our stay, the room became unbearably hot during the night. Both my husband and myself couldn’t sleep - so did effect my stay.

Pros:

Great location, clean and spacious.

Cons:

No Air con and one of the staff at breakfast was openly disparaging of her colleagues within ear shot of guests.
