It was not immediately clear on the website that you have to pay for parking. You have to scroll a bit to find that out. And it’s not cheap! There are cheaper options nearby.
The breakfast was disappointing.

Smart and comfortable with ample parking
Pros:

the place was clean, the stuff were very friendly and helping.

The breakfast was not that great, however as I travel a lot I noticed that this is widespread now most hotels do not provide a high quality breakfast,

Great value for money with excellent staff.
Pros:

Location was great, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, breakfast area was tidy and the breakfast selection was good.

Cons:

We stayed during the hottest period this summer and the air conditioning was terrible and the window did not open. This could have been improved. I understand why sometimes windows cannot be opened of course. But the air conditioning was like someone breathing on you and not an actual fan. Due to the time we stayed it was not worth complaining about as we got there late and were just there to sleep before continuing our journey to Scotland.
