Pros:

The meal was excellent, served nice and hot just as it should be. The staff were marvellous and truly made you feel as though you had stepped back a hundred years in time, treated like the lord of the manor. They were a wonderful team, and I thoroughly enjoyed my day. This is a charming, historic hotel with beautiful, old-fashioned rooms and great service.

Fabulous hotel, beautiful location and great food
Pros:

Fantastic stay for a wedding. Everything was perfect and would return.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Ordered pancakes and was two small pancakes and one strawberry. Looked very small and pancake was a bit dry.

Other than the heat wave while we were there and no AC it was perfect!

Pros:

Incredible views. Noise level was low. Very relaxed and professional, all-around. I will recommend this place!

My only issue was temperature (and how to regulate the controls) in the room

Pros:

The hotel, staff, restaurants, and grounds were exceptional. A very nice respite for a busy trip! We had excellent weather and were able to take the bikes into the national park which has a protected bike path right out front.

Cons:

The room was warm and there was no flat sheet on the bed only a duvet which trapped the heat in a bit too well.

Excellent manor in a great location... met and exceeded expectations!
Pros:

Fantastic location. just outside Killkarney... perfect position to drive the Ring of Kerry and be in town in just minutes. Stayed 2 nights... could have stayed 1 more. Staff was wonderful! Complimentary bikes were an awesome touch... rode to the Abbey and the waterfalls.

Cons:

The river fishing access is no longer available, so that was a disappointment.
