The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We had dinner in the hotel one of the night, the meal was very enjoyable. Breakfast on both mornings met expectation, it was clear from the menu and food on offer where the gluten free section was.
Changing rooms in the spa area could do with being improved. Had some difficulty in opening and closing the lockers.

Nothing really. We upgraded on arrival and had a lovely suite in the old part of the hotel.

Le service au restaurant. Erreur dans la prise de commande des cocktails qui sont arrivés après l’entrée et le vin. Le ceviche de daurade était trop cuit par le citron, le canard était trop cuit et la sauce pas terrible.
excellent dinner and staff gave us early access to breakfast due to our early departure
there was a wedding on and the function seemed to go on into the night. the fire swing doors outside the bedroom banged the entire night with later revellers. not much sleep in an otherwise beautiful hotel
The staff were brilliant- from the wonderful bartenders, attentive, dining room, weight, staff, and helpful front desk, everyone was a delight.
Fantastic but pricey spa - an excellent massage, delightful, relaxation room, sauna, cold, plunge, and spas as big as a small swimming pool
My deluxe room had a fantastic bed, but I could hear road noise all the time. Don’t stay in room 239 or keep the window shut
And you need a car. Each rideshare into cork cost €20-€30 each way.

Some area's a bit grubby, corridors needed hoovering in busier area's
Close to Cork, nice room, OKish breakfast (for Irish hotel), friendly staff
Women Spa was closed. Common spa without a cold shower. Leasure complex screams for renovation. Restaurant is expensive and food is mediocre.
The spa area was quite nice.
Your owners need to restore this lovely old Belle!
The overall feeling a got from this hotel, was one of an old lady on her last legs. She's still here, she smells bad sometimes and is quite unkept in some areas, some of her parts are rusty and her days are numbered. Hopefully this old Queen can be returned to what she once was.
