Very nice luxury resort. Definitely recommend it for a weekend trip.
We paid the room service and food, but almost got double charged when checking out. This should’ve been avoided. Room is located at the corner of, a bit noisy as well.

Everything . The rooms , the food , drink , the spa , my spa treatments , the location . Just perfect
Beds were comfortable in generous rooms. Breakfast a highlight. Staff friendly and attentive.
Room bathroom had no handrail or toilet roll holder installed.
The staff was fantastic! All of the front desk staff were cheerful even when the lobby was full. Fidelma was the absolute BEST! The breakfast was very good and they provided a nice variety of breakfast choices. The waitstaff was impeccable.

Beautiful hotel in great surroundings just a short walk to town centre. Wonderful staff (special mention to John the concierge) who are a credit to the hotel. Great spa facilities and a wonderful massage.
Just a personal preference but I do not like a shower over the bath.
The staff and manager at the hotel were fabulous. We wish every property had the high standards of this resort.

The surrounding staff were nice but I taught it was a bit pricy
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is beautifully surrounded by tranquil woods and well‑kept gardens. The staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and consistently attentive throughout our visit. We stayed for one night and enjoyed both afternoon tea and dinner, each enhanced by the excellent service and relaxing atmosphere. We look forward to returning in the future.
