Veery friendly, helpful staff & clean, spotless hotel.

Cons:

Would have needed more staff in the downstairs cafe/dining room. Service was very slow, due to very few staff who were extremely busy. Over the course of the 3 days we ate in the hotel - dinner x 2 nights and breakfast. Food was beautiful.

Cons:

La ubicación a 22 pasradas del tranvía, en el final de la línea, al centro de la ciudad. Entono desangelado a partir del cierre del cercano centro comercial. Que no hubiera desayuo incluído.
