Due to a pool party event starting at 5:00 PM, Aqua Haven, the indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center will be unavailable.
※It is closed on the fourth Wednesday of every month for sauna and fitness.
※September 30, 26 (Wednesday) is the date of closure of the entire auxiliary facility.
The fourth Wednesday of every month is a regular closure day for our fitness facilities (sauna, fitness center, and golf course).

Fulfilled our Holiday Logistics, felt like first class resort
Pros:

We chose Lotte because of Location. Logistically, it was in the center to all the tourist spot that we wanted to visit. Its also within vicinity of good food. The Room was great, the TV good, charging ports was excellent. Bath and shower facility is good and the soaps and cleanser was top grade perfumed.

隔音算普通 晚上睡覺會聽到隔壁進出的聲音 房間安靜也可以聽到隔壁講話（幾句比較大聲的對話而已，不是一直） 入住隔天早上約7.8點 ，就有房務人員清掃 還在睡夢中 就聽到按門鈴沒幾秒就有開門的聲音， 幸好房間內有另一個扣門無法直接推開。

ein internationales großes komfortables Hotel in guter Lage, durchaus empfehlenswert!
Pros:

die Ausstattung inklusiv des beheizten Außenpools war sehr gut, das Frühstücksbuffet, überwältigend üppig, sowohl asiatische als auch continentale Bedürfnisse vollends deckend. Auch die zentrale Lage mit kostenlosen Parken war optimal. Die Lotte Einkaufsmall nebenan, urige kleine Restaurants in direkter Umgebung.

Cons:

Der Innenpool war geschlossen, das Hotel insgesamt (allerdings wie erwartet) ein gesichtsloser Klotz.
