직원들이 친절하고 롯데 백화점과 같이 있어서 좋았고, 위치가 참 좋았습니다.

5성급 호텔과 가격에 비해 기본적인 수영장이나 사우나시설등에 제한이 있고, 돈을 추가로 내는 점이 이해하기 힘들었음
부산이라는 동네의 특성인지는 몰라도 전세계 어디를 가도 5성급호텔에서 기본 수영, 사우나, 헬스시설에 제한이 있다는 점은 꾸준히 이용하기에는 문제가 있어 보이고 본보이나 다른 인터네셔널 체인과 달리 멤버 혜택도 그리 없어 보입니다. 단발성의 호텔 이용만 예상하게 되네요.

L'hôtel est propre et très bien situé dans Busan avec un accès direct au department store.

Cons:

Les chambres et salles de bain sont très sombres. L'accès à la piscine est facturé à un prix exorbitant, ce qui est dommage quand on vient en famille et qu'on a déjà payé très cher la chambre. Le rapport qualité/ prix est donc décevant.
