Due to a pool party event starting at 5:00 PM, Aqua Haven, the indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center will be unavailable.
※It is closed on the fourth Wednesday of every month for sauna and fitness.
※September 30, 26 (Wednesday) is the date of closure of the entire auxiliary facility.
The fourth Wednesday of every month is a regular closure day for our fitness facilities (sauna, fitness center, and golf course).
※On Wednesday, September 30, the indoor pool, Aqua Haven, sauna, fitness center, and golf course will all be closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location is absolutely fantastic, located next to Seomyeon station and directly linked to Lotte Department store this is great to get connected to all spots as well as cafes, shopping and salons.

電話で予約する予定でしたが一部屋で泊まれる部屋がないと言われBOOKING.comで予約していた。　チェックインの時は一部屋でと言われた。　ふた部屋で予約していますと言ったら探しますと言われ２部屋になりましたが何も言わなければ　電話の対応の時一部屋でどうぞと言ってくれれば良かった。一部屋で良ければそれでいいんですがと言ったら　２部屋にしたがエレベーターも違うフロアーも違う乗り換えないとダメな部屋に通された、スタッフはかばんもはいどうぞという感じで高級ホテルとは思えないビジネスホテル以下の悪い対応　ロッテのビジネスホテルの方が対応がもっといいです

Trois nuits passées à l’hôtel avec mes enfants adultes qui furent agréable

Que l’on nous demande de payer la piscine pour les tranches horaires variant de deux à 4h environ et cela à 22 Fr. par personne.
Lors de la réservation avec Booking, nul part, nous avons été informé que la piscine doit être payée.
Après une demande de réclamation auprès de la réception qui dura 30 minutes minimum le coût de la piscine fut supprimé.
Ce fut une expérience désagréable. Néanmoins, nous sommes partis satisfaits avec la amertume.

また泊まりたいホテルです！

地下鉄からホテルに直結しているので暑い日、雨の日は最高。
朝食会場のフロアが広く、メニューも豊富でした！
本格的なチョコレート、カヌレなど食べながらコーヒーを飲めるのは

Pros:

Ottima posizione, staff molto accogliente e gentile. Struttura pulitissima, camera molto spaziosa, con una bellissima vista e il letto davvero comodo. Abbiamo apprezzato la macchinetta del caffè in camera con la possibilità di acquistare le capsule in loco.

Cons:

Essendo un 5 stelle mi aspettavo più servizi a disposizione, mentre li ho trovati alla pari di un hotel di categoria inferiore. Nel bagno la doccia aveva la tenda, non c'erano cose come spazzolino e dentifricio per una questione ambientale, che condivido, ma se necessari andavano richiesti e pagati. I servizi come la piscina erano tutti a pagamento e mancava un punto nelle aree comuni dove rifornirsi di acqua o altre bevande o snack.
