В отеле 5 звезд все платно: даже зубная щетка. Попасть в зону бассейна 30 000 вон, при этом сана была за дополнительную плату. На завтраке обслуживание и выбор крайне плохие.

A wonderful stay in Busan
Pros:

Very comfortable stay, beautiful views from our room, excellent housekeeping and great customer service.
Directly located to Lotte department and Seomyeon metro via underground shopping mall, taxis and city buses directly out the front.

Pros:

A well appointed if slightly old fashioned hotel with very helpful staff and clean, comfortable spacious rooms. Right next to a huge department store with a good food court and close to a subway station

Cons:

Everything was extra and it took a while to work out the "rules" that were strictly enforced eg if you booked breakfast before midnight it was a different price from just going along, you could only use fitness facilities once per day etc
The outdoor pool was disappointing
The location was central but not much of interest close by

ホテルはとてもきれいで、お部屋も重厚感があって落ち着く。スタッフの方々のホスピタリティがとても高く、とても親切で完璧だと思いました。
英語も日本語も話せる方が多く安心できます。
ソープ類がとてもいい香り。
タクシーに乗るにも正面玄関で乗り降りできるのでとても便利。釜山を訪れる際はまた利用します。
