Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful and check in is smooth and easy. The location is very handy to the train station, the park, shopping and restaurants. The room is very quiet and comfortable. We will stay again.

Great location and great hotel.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was right next to Kichijoji train station, which meant it was close to just about anything you wanted. Shops, supermarket, shopping street, park, buses, food.
We had the breakfast twice, it had a great range of options and the food was of a high quality.

Cons:

The minor things that could be improved on was upgrading the washing machine and a colder air con (it reached 36 degrees C during the day).

Convenient Location
Pros:

This was my second time staying there. I love the convenience of the location, right across from the train station. The noise was minimum and did not bother us. I grew up in the area and always loved Kichijoji, so it was perfect to walk around the area and very close to Inokashira park. They also let us check in early which was very helpful.
