Great Location
Pros:

Hotel right next to shibuya station so really handy for getting around . Room small but comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful

Great location, close to the action
Pros:

Close the Shibuya scramble and Shibuya station

Cons:

I found the staff were not as accommodating when I needed assistance with a couple of requests. I had made dinner reservations and needed to cancel them and asked if they could call the restaurant for me because of the language barrier. They told me if they didn’t make the reservation they would not call.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe am Shibuya Crossing und dem Bahnhof, dadurch kann es nachts aber auch etwas lauter werden durch die Autos. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Wasserspender oben und auch Trinkautomate wie auch Waschmaschinen, welche wir aber nicht genutzt haben.

Cons:

Es kann lauter nachts lauter werden, unser Zimmer war etwas alt und sehr klein, weshalb der Preis sich nur durch die Lage rechtfertigt.

Serviceable, the room does its job, staff are polite.
Pros:

Location was great, staff was good.

Cons:

we were there for 3 nights, the room was never cleaned during our stay. Service is minimal. The room was quiet, the location is fantastic, convenient for access to Shibuya and transit to other parts of the city. Everything you need is right there.
