Angenehmes Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Top Lage in der Nähe von Shibuya Crossing (3 Min Fußweg)
Frühstück war sehr gut - Mischung aus europäischem und japanischem Frühstück
Abends gab es kostenlose Getränke und Snacks.
Tee, Kaffee und Bio-Kosmetikprodukte standen kostenlos beim Eingang zur Verfügung.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Location is fantastic, very close to everything.
Staff are exceptional and very helpful. Rooms are tight but manageable. If you have very large suitcases you will struggle for space but with small suitcases you will be fine.

Fantastic location! A great stay overall.
Pros:

Fantastic location minutes from Shibuya station. Staff were also wonderful. Free snacks and drinks each evening for happy hour.

Cons:

Some parts were older. So even with good cleaning it still had a bit of mild in the grout of the shower.

Prime location but room was not up to my standards.
Pros:

Location was convenient and within walking distance to Shibuya Sky, Shibuya crossing, and shopping/restaurants.

Cons:

We had two rooms and our other family member’s room was fine while our room strongly smelled of cigarette smoke and the toilet smelled like sewage. Upon checking out I noticed black spots on the ceiling and hoped it wasn’t mold.
