My family and myself enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was central and the rooms were very comfortable.

Fantastic location, comfortable beds, friendly staff
Pros:

excellent location. Only minutes walk away from subway/ train station. Even though close to all the action (shops, dinning, Shibuya crossing etc) we didn't find it noisy - Our room was facing opposite side of train station. Beds were comfy. Easy check in & out, staff were very friendly. They offer daily complimentary drinks/snacks in the evenings but we missed this as were were always out! Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Bekleme alanı dışında, akşam 6-10 arası kullanılabilen bir salonu var. Ancak o saatler dışında giriş yapamıyorsun. Çıkış yapacağımız gün lobide sandviçlerimizi yememize izin vermediler, salona da giremeyeceğimizi söylediler, kapıya çıkmak zorunda kaldık.

Disappointing, location was good but for the price it wasn’t worth it
Cons:

The bathroom was dirty with other people hair still there. Outdated bathroom. The bed was like sleeping on a blank of wood with the occasional coil being felt.
