Pros:

It’s very close to shiboya crossing but not very busy and noisy. And the staff are very nice and friendly and helpful.

The room is pretty small

I don’t think the price follows the hotel structure, but the location is the best, I guess we paid more for the location
Pros:

The location is the best, very close to the Shibuya crossing street and Hachiko statue. Very close to the main Shibuya train station as well. The breakfast selection was also great! They also offer free snacks and drinks on their lounge, which is also interesting.

Cons:

The cleaning perspective was very disappointing, mainly the toilet. For the price paid, we were expecting more about this aspect.

Central. Staff were amazing ..very polite, friendly and helpful. Room is small but nice. Great addition was paid laundry facilities self service.

Great location, central for the station and action in Shibuya.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. So much choice and set in comfortable setting. Everything from cereals to specially prepared omelettes.

Cons:

The hotel in general is a bit tired. Communal areas could do with revamp.
