Pros:

De kamer was erg klein en aan een binnenplaats van een keuken van een restaurant. Het was een benauwde kamer met veel lawaai. De foto's van de kamer kwamen totaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid.

Gleich bei Ankunft wurde uns ein Upgrade des Zimmers angeboten

Cons:

Wir hatten erst nach der Buchung erfahren, dass die Rezeption bis 22.00 besetzt ist. Aber am Ende war das auch kein Problem, weil mann uns einen Code für die Tür gegeben hätte.

Hotel ist aus vielen Gründen empfehlenswert! Da ist zum ersten die Lage, von hier kann man fast alle Zürcher Hotspots zu Fuß erreichen! Außerdem ist das gesamte Mitarbeiter Team liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit! Aber auch das Frühstück ist super!
Die Einrichtung ist für Nostalgiker bestens geeignet, sie bringt ein bisschen den Charm der alten Grandhotels zurück!

Pros:

The location of Hotel Europe was exceptional - a street from the lake, around the corner from trams and trains. Several grocery stores were also nearby. The room was extremely spacious and well appointed with a huge bathroom. Housekeeping was thorough each day. The buffet breakfast 8-10am weekends and 7-9am weekdays was amazing. The selection of cereal, breads, pastries, condiments, cheese and fruits as well as freshly cooked bacon, eggs, omelettes, etc cooked to your liking. Staff were friendly and the barista made coffee was the best in Zurich! Late check out at 11am was great and our luggage was able to be left while we explored the city and surrounding areas.Highly recommend a stay here.
