Nothing
Loved the lay out of the property the hotel decor and the staff were amazing.
Absolutely nothing it was all perfect
The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view. The complimentary beverage was a lovely touch. The bed was a large size and comfortable. The bath towels are large and the shower a good pressure. Good stopover location for overnighting between Scotland and Hull.
We checked in quite late, approximately 8pm. Recommend that the receptionist advises incoming guests about the kitchen closing times as we almost missed this in the bar area for dinner. The breakfast was not good at all. Everything was dried up from the too warm heating lamps. We ordered 2 coffees (cappuccinos) but were not advised that these would be at an additional cost. A surprise when checking out.
The hotel was lovely The grounds and the views were amazing .
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Amazing cocktails.
Staff So attentive
One of the throws that goes along bottom of bed was all stained .
Lovely calm and relaxing environment, stunning views. Staff were fantastic who could not do enough for us, we will definitely be returning again. We had a fantastic stay.
Very good room. Plenty space, comfort, extras.
All good.
Beautiful elegant comfortable furnishings . Nice bar area. Excellent breakfast and welcoming staff x
Very nice location and picturesque grounds. The staff were all very friendly.
Breakfast options were limited.
Location was great.
One of our rooms had no ventilation in the bathroom (no window or extraction fan) which is against building regs.
The breakfast was awful. I think a coach party had demolished everything before us.
We had to go to reception to get a fan. Pool was also closed
Good
