Pros:

温泉が、非常に良かった

Cons:

夕食・朝食共に、期待値レベルでなかった。お酒を、飲む人は飲み放題なので良いと思うが、お酒を飲めない私には、満足いく食事ではなかった。

Very misleading marketing on BOOKING , Agoda etc. As well as on here. Yes, traditional Japanese hotel BUT there is nothing 4 star about this. Run down, worn small rooms , really worn down NOTHING like the photos used online. There is inside the SAME Building another hotel that is closer to the photos. The breakfast was SAD, we went to a restaurant instead. When you explain to the staff, ofocurse it’s the nice Japanese courteousness, with zero actual action. Anyway, disappointment for 38,000 yen.

泊まってよかったし、また訪ねたいと思う。
Pros:

・玄関から部屋まで畳敷＆バリアフリーで快適。
・お休み所でコーヒー、夜鳴きそば、ヤクルトなど時間帯ごとに気軽に飲食できる。
・大浴場が二つあるので、片方が混んでいてももう片方に入れば良く、スムーズだった。
・夕食のバイキングはそこそこ、アルコール飲み放題はお得感がある。テーブルごとに仕切りがある半個室仕様なので隣を気にせず食事ができるのも良い。
・スタッフの方達がみんな気配り上手で気持ちがいい。車椅子の方にもサッと対応していて凄いなと思った。
・宿泊者の年齢層が幅広く、カップルも、女子旅も、高齢夫婦でも気兼ねなく泊まれる感じが良い。

Cons:

特になし。強いていうなら、丘の上に建っているので坂道が苦手な人は注意。シャトルバスに乗れば問題ないと思う。

初めて滞在しましたがもう一泊したいぐらい良かった
Pros:

4つのお風呂がとっても良かった
スタッフ一人一人がとても丁寧で素晴らしい特に帰りのお見送りは＾＾
Booking.comで予約をしてた部屋から到着時に部屋の変更をしてもらったのですが対応が素晴らしかった。

Cons:

シャトルバスの発車時　出発しますの声掛けがあったらよかった
食事のごはん、みそ汁の出すタイミングが食事の後の方がよかった(おかずと一緒で冷めてしまった）

温泉を堪能できました！
Pros:

料理も美味しくて、温泉が23種類も楽しめて、貸切温泉も入れて、幸せでした！アイスが普通のフルーツのでらなくてチョコとかモナカのアイスがあったのも嬉しかった！

An excellent getaway result with top food and omens for an authentic Japanese experience
Pros:

Superb onsens with cold, warm, hot, indoor and outdoor.
The entire hotel is shoes off which is very nice.
The complimentary food at various hours of the day is a great treat!
The shuttle bus to and from town runs reasonably often.
The meals are fantastic! Big win there.
The private onsens are a delight.

Cons:

The alternate size yukatas often ran out so that made a night or two not practical to wear the yukatas for me or my wife.
They don’t have outdoor shoes for the yukatas that are suitable for US Mens 12 or above I’d say. This is quite a common foot size in Australia and so I was uncomfortable and had to buy my own shoes in town.
From my perception, I found the beds highly uncomfortable, as did my wife. Neither of us slept well unfortunately.
