They didn’t know even what is hopitality. this is not boutique hotel. this is 3rd class random hotel.
Pros:

This is fully scam hotel. Treebo type Name hotel are many in bangalore. there room & hospitality standered is very low.Curtain & bed sheet are unclean.
i booked online for 4 days. they sent mail for urgent Advance. i advanced 2 days bill which is 4000+.
when i arrived there hotel. i do not understand where is hotel? it is mini shopping maal 2nd floor. bad smell everywhere. lift is not work properly. when i explore this kind of shitty things. i talk to manager & give opinion i’m not stay this kind of hotel.
please take my 1 day penalty & refund my another day hotel charge. several time i request them. they didn’t response. they are SCAMMER.

Rooms smell of fungus
Pros:

Staff was polite and cooperative. But they couldnt help the ill managed rooms.

Cons:

Musty smell in the rooms. The sofas had dust and mold on them, towels were musty. I am allergic to fungus and asked for fresher towels, which were also very musty. Overall, very poorly managed facility.

Complementary breakfast did not have any quality ot variety. Chose not to eat based on the looks of the food.

Not worth the money we paid for the rooms. Very poorly managed. Not upto Treebo standards.

Would love to adopt that doggo outside on the ground floor

He z way toooo welcoming 🐶🐾🐾

Didn't like the way he's been tied n kept. The food given to him ☹️
Sad to see him kept in this way..

Just an advice .. take care of the retriever dog outside on the ground floor as he is just tied n kept throughout the day.. n please treat him well 🙂
