The cleaner always turned air-conditioning off after the cleaned not happy about it 😒 and the bed very hard

Probably the best hotel in the village.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, good selection all cost 190 baht which included salad, drink (tea/coffee) and water.
The swimming pool was clean, towels are provided at reception.
Ample free parking.
Close to town centre

Cons:

To be honest, the coffee at breakfast was not that good.

Very average & not recommended to stay

Nothing!

Cons:

Charged cleaning the white sheets because of marks on sheets twice!! Not happy! 3000baht charged for cleaning sheets for 2 nights when it was only 1000baht for 1 night stay!
I will never go back & will never recommend anyone to stay there!

I would say this is the best hotel in Ban Phai. An excellent choice for singles, couples or families.
Pros:

The hotel was Clean, close to town centre, staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was clean, plenty of free parking.

Cons:

my foot was injured and i spilled soup which i used a towel to clean. they charged me 400 baht for the towel.

i’m sure a new towel doesn’t cost 400 baht so i feel very sad they decided to charge me for the towel.

should i be scared to use their towels again if i return? is this a deciding factor on whether i would return? these are all things that you should consider.

be prepared to be charged if you use their towels to wipe up a mess.
