Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Aprecié mucho que estuvieran tan preparados para hallar formas para comunicarse y que siempre estuvieran atentos a cualquier pregunta u inquietud. Utilicé además el servicio de transporte de equipaje y me agradó mucho lo claro y sencillo que fue todo el proceso para alguien como yo, que no hablaba mucho el idioma y para quien todo era bastante nuevo. También aprecié mucho que tuvieran utilidades para lavandería.

助かった。
Pros:

スタッフの接客態度。
連泊を利用したが都度タオルゴミ箱を交換してくれるのはとても助かった。
喫煙ルームを利用していた為灰皿の交換も助かった。

Klein aber fein
Pros:

Das Zimmer war klein, aber lag in einer ruhigen Lage, so hat man sehr gut geschlafen.
Die Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit wie wo überall in Japan.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte qualitativ etwas besser sein.

Pros:

The staff at the reception was super friendly and nice. The location is perfect to go around Tokyo.

Cons:

The cleaning service starts quite early so you can hear vacuuming sounds in the morning. The cleaning staff also walked in while I was sleeping. They knocked but entered before I could respond. Probably not a problem if you’re out of the hotel before 10!

便利
Pros:

駅に近く、すぐ横は公園及び色んな店がある。
アクセス的に非常によい、ほかスタッフも親切です。

Cons:

部屋数に対して洗濯機の台数ちょっと少ないと感じました、時間来てたのに取りに来ない人居るんで、夜は争奪戦になる。
ほか、窓少しでしか開けれないから換気以外の用途がなく、連れて部屋のロケーションが少々微妙だった。
