Great hotel with great people with very very late check in timing. 3pm
Pros:

I have been coming to Coventry since 2019 and I do t go no where but Britannia hotel. The location is good, the employees r good and never had an issue.

Cons:

The check in timing, 3pm is really too late for a person coming straight from the airport . Few years back I have tried with the receptionist to check me in and I was told that I had to pay some amount which I did. I mean come on at least make it 1pm. Other than that all is good .
