Fab place, perfect location, clean apartment with everything you need.
Pros:

Beautiful room and a lovely location. Wholefoods store close by and Target too. Great restaurants too. Area felt safe and very helpful locals.

Cons:

Parking was the only issue but we parked in the retail spaces below property, so it worked out ok. Door to get into building is temperamental.

Nice apartment, needs better communication

The property was really nice and clean with good space

Cons:

The doors to get out don’t work properly so needed help the first time to figure out it just needs force to get them open. I was overcharged and the customer service to get this sorted was questionable no apology was offered and took 2 times chasing as the first time no refund was issued even when stated it was being sorted

This place offered most of the conveniences of home in a good location.
Pros:

The apartment was attractively furnished, roomy, quiet, and well located. There were lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood.

Cons:

It was not possible to watch TV except for a streaming service via my cell phone. I would have preferred to just turn on the TV and watch PBS or local news.

Pros:

Close to shops and restaurants. The apartment had great facilities and appliances.

Cons:

There is lots of noise from bars playing music underneath the apartments and opposite on 6th Street.

Spacious, comfortable and a wonderful location
Pros:

Fabulous East Austin location, walkable to great restaurants, bars and downtown. The apartment is enormous with a lovely patio and all the comforts from home, much more than we expected.

Cons:

We arrived late at night and the instructions to the building were confusing, we got there in the end

Really cool apartment located ideally close to downtown Austin and local shop.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, very spacious and clean. Close to local shops and easy to walk into town.

No human service, everything via the app - privacy issues
Pros:

It met the basic requirements of a furnished apartment, as advertised.

Cons:

The check in process is a nightmare. You are required to submit your face pic to their biometrics system and upload IDs and take selfies. There is no human being at the location to help you. If you call customer service they will parrot scripted lines back at you eventually prompting you to download their app or interact via their website. So if something goes wrong, be prepared to wait on hold for half an hour or figure out how to navigate through their website. For me, to convince them that the coffee maker was not working took me 45 minutes - did you try to turn it off and on - etc. and then another 2 hours for a replacement.

Pros:

Well located, close to downtown and with very good restaurants nearby.
The area is quite.
It has a nice pool and a nice gym.

Cons:

The access inside the building is very hard to find: you have to go through a backdoor located inside a parking and this is very hard to understand when you are there; actually some people crossing the street that new the place asked us if we were looking for the entrance and guided us; otherwise, we would have spent hours to find this backdoor entrance.

PS: Yes, there is a text written on a sidewall of the parking but it is very small so you can't notice it unless you know there should be something written on that wall.
