Incredible.
Pros:

The view from the room and the incredible swimming pool. The water pressure was also incredible and everyone who worked there were all so hospitable.

Cons:

That I had to leave.

Cons:

1. middle of night around 1-2am suddenly the alarm ringing. not sure is fire alarm or lift alarm. twice rang and made us think there is emergency but looking out of door nothing happened. so i call the operator number to clarify the sound but nobody pick the call. maybe its midnite nobody is on standby at the receiption.

2. check in - too slow. very long Q and have to stand wait.

3. inside lift no aircond . very hot.

Great Property. Would stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel offers excellent facilities, including good food, common area, game room, laundry service, a gym, swimming pool, and an observation deck.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with convenient water stations on every floor.
The breakfast was good, and the location was ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the train station, which connects to many attractions.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall with plenty of dining options, and just a pleasant 5-10 minute walk to KL Gateway Mall.

The complimentary shuttle service was an added bonus!

Cons:

A couple of minor drawbacks: The pillows were a little too firm, and the room could be noisy due to its proximity to the road.
