Great cozy hotel right next to Old Town Chania
Pros:

Great location, historic building, very nice staff

Cons:

A bit loud outside at night (but earplugs were provided without us having to ask)

Fantastic location and wonderful staff
Pros:

The property itself was beautiful and an amazing location for exploring old town and the harbour! The hotel receptionist was incredible. We arrived with two small children and she was incredibly personable, kind and helpful. Little personal touches such as finding us a place to store our buggy, bringing a huge orange for our son in the morning and helping us problem solve our trip back to the airport made a huge difference to us. I can’t thank her enough.

Cons:

The old nature of the property meant there was no lift but this didn’t prevent us from enjoying our stay as the receptionist helped with our luggage and children!

Great place to stay if you visit Chania.
Pros:

Fantastic location and great apartment. Eva (at the reception) is very welcoming, super friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed my stay there.

Cons:

Good if there is a lift… though not possible as it is a conserved building.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was impeccably clean, very comfortable, and ideally located. Every detail was thoughtfully maintained. The highlight of our experience was definitely the staff — genuinely the best we have ever encountered. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We would gladly stay here again.

Absolutely nothing. We loved everything about our stay.

Eξαιρετική επιλογή στην καρδιά τη πόλης.Ήσυχο ιδιαίτερα στα πίσω δωμάτια παρά το γεγονός οτι το νεοκλασσικό κτήριο βρίσκεται στην κεντρική πλατεία των Χανίων.Value for money.

Cons:

Το μόνο που χρειάζεται επιπλέον το δωμάτιο είναι ενα φούρνο μικροκυμάτων για τις βασικές ανάγκες.
