Great Location, comfortable Hotel.
Pros:

Friendly staff throughout, even opening up bar late on for us to celebrate our team's win in the Europa League final! Breakfast was decent, enjoyed the omelettes. Good view from the room, room was clean and facilities were adequate. Didn't use pool or spa during stay. Location is excellent for Taksim Square and Besiktas football ground is walkable.

Cons:

Beds were a little uncomfortable, and the room was warm even with air con on. Also, can't say I have ever seen brown toilet paper!!!

Top Lage, vieles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht besonders. Die warmen speisen alle kalt, kein frisches Obst oder Joghurt.

Will never stay there again.
Pros:

The location was decent and Mr Duray was an excellent manager.

Cons:

Breakfast staff were extremely unfriendly. Like they are doing us a favor by serving us. Also breakfast selection was highly limited.
Room was extremely dated with a dirty carpet. The worst thing was that the central heating stayed on the entire night and was extremely hot and stuffy.

Location - close to Taksim Square

Cons:

They use a central AC and it was blowing heat when turned on in April. So no AC, room was extremely stuffy with no ventilation. Only has 1 window which can’t be fully opened, required staff to unlock fully with the key. Furniture seems run down.

Brilliant location and amazing staff! Definitely worth a stay!

Great location very close to Taksim Square. Lovely reception staff and welcome. They upgraded my room and also granted me free breakfast.

They even surprised me with a lovely plate of nuts and dry fruit. Very thoughtful and welcoming team.
