5* Location, 3* Accommodation (if that)
Pros:

The location is undeniably great. Situated almost exactly half way between Interlaken Ost and Interlaken West, with wonderful views of the Jungfrau valley. The main bedroom area was a decent size and there’s a nice balcony area to truly enjoy this. The room was relatively comfy.

Cons:

For the bedroom size the Bathroom size was tiny. Every time you opened the shower door it would hit the toilet bowl. There was barely enough room to dry in there. The worst and inexcusable thing for a supposedly 4* Hotel at this price point was the lack of Air Conditioning. Switzerland in summer is hot. It was 37 degrees whilst we were there and we arrived to a room that was already 29 degrees inside with no way to reduce this apart from a single fan. The room never got beneath 27 degrees over 4 days, even with opening the balcony. Just not good enough. The rooms didn’t have the amenities you would expect in a 4* hotel either. Bed was ok, but there was no coffee making facilities. No complimentary water. No proper desk chair (only a stool) and very poor complimentary toiletries (shower and sink had squeezable offerings attached to the wall, which felt cheap, rather than individual ones you would expect). There was also no toiletry shelf in the shower. It simply felt nothing like a 4* hotel experience. Most 3* hotels are better equipped. Overall it is disappointing for the price point. And location can only get you so far.

ممتاز وفوق السنتر على طول انا جيت والسيارة معاد احركها مغير امش كل شي قريب مشي والمواقف السيارات تدفع من الفندق اليوم ب 9 يورو واذا جيت تطلع تمر الاسقبال تعطيهم الكرت عشان يفتح لك

Etwas teuer, jedoch lohnenswert
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt und sehr zentral. Alle Bus und Zuglinien sehr einfach zu erreichen, um dann die ganzen Aktivitäten durchzuführen. Von dem Hotel bekommt man eine Karte, mit der man die Bus kostlos nutzen kann in Interlaken. Das Personal war sehr nett und es war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Es gab keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur einen Ventilator, der sehr laut war. Musste aufgrund der Wärme auch über Nacht anbleiben. Kühlschrank kühlt nicht und W-LAN war oben in der Bar und im Frühstücksraum nicht vorhanden, daher die Abzüge
