ممتاز وفوق السنتر على طول انا جيت والسيارة معاد احركها مغير امش كل شي قريب مشي والمواقف السيارات تدفع من الفندق اليوم ب 9 يورو واذا جيت تطلع تمر الاسقبال تعطيهم الكرت عشان يفتح لك

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt und sehr zentral. Alle Bus und Zuglinien sehr einfach zu erreichen, um dann die ganzen Aktivitäten durchzuführen. Von dem Hotel bekommt man eine Karte, mit der man die Bus kostlos nutzen kann in Interlaken. Das Personal war sehr nett und es war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Es gab keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur einen Ventilator, der sehr laut war. Musste aufgrund der Wärme auch über Nacht anbleiben. Kühlschrank kühlt nicht und W-LAN war oben in der Bar und im Frühstücksraum nicht vorhanden, daher die Abzüge

Will not stay or recommend friends and family to stay there.
Cons:

The front desk staff could be more respectful. When we requested new towels to shower, we were rudely told that towels would only be provided every two days. Their explanation was unclear and when we requested clarification, they lectured us about the environment and told us "you are in Switzerland now and this is how we do things". This statement and the tone felt unnecessarily rude and condescending. Also as people of color, we felt that there were some concerning undertones to this statement.

If this is the hotel policy, it should be stated on their booking platforms so guests know in advance and can decide whether to stay here. People from different countries may have different backgrounds and different requirements for their stay. If this is such an inflexible policy they need to make it clear in advance. In any case, this level of rudeness was extremely unnecessary for a very common request. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never before encountered this type of attitude for a polite request for a standard service the hotel claims to provide.

While the other aspects of my stay were mostly positive, this hostile interaction really soured my experience.
