Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform The Crescent powered by Sonder in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guests stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable, elevator, or desk. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Please note, this Sonder is family friendly but some art in the common area includes sensitive imagery. We do not offer daily Housekeeping Services. You may request a cleaning 24 hours in advance on the Sonder app or with our Front Desk team for an additional fee of 40 USD. Linen, terry, and consumables can be replenished free of charge at your convenience. Paid valet parking is available.

Guests can book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

Top Location
Pros:

Basic accommodation in a top location for Beverly Hills.
Rooms are smallish & need some maintenance. We found it very difficult to move around the bed without stubbing our toes. The bathroom was a plain concrete finish which didn’t feel hygienic.
If you can get a really good deal here it’s worth considering booking.
Decor is very retro eclectic which tends to hide all the blemishes in the hotel.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

Room was small, oddly shaped. Could barely made it around the bad to get to the bathroom. Window a/c unit was noisy. Bathroom was dimly lit with no additional light.

Nice hotel, stylish bedroom
Bed was huge!
Parking in the lot across the street was only $25 for 24hrs

Cons:

Our code didn’t work and we had to ask the overnight staff to reset it

The location is fantastic if you want to be right next to rodeo dr, staff were knowledgeable

Cons:

Bathroom finish wasn't finished in the shower and power points in the room were non existent only in the bathroom

Cons:

Rummet var överaskande litet, det fanns ingen garderob, resväskorna fick ligga i sängen. Det fanns bara ett nattduksbord på höger sida, på andra sidan fick man lägga mobil/klocka/glasögon på golvet. För att ta sig fram till dush/toalett fick man gå i sidled förbi sängen. Rummets airconditioner förde sådant oväsen att den inte kunde vara på. Ingen daglig städning eller bäddning. Handukar fick vi nya när vi bad om det. Rummet kändes orent, nattetid fick vi bett på benen som kliade, jag hoppas att vi inte fick med oss vägglus hem, men tanken oroar. Enda fördelen var att hotellet var centralt beläget men det visste vi ju innan.
I övrigt trevlig personal.

Low cost for the great location but poor in facilities and cleaness. I wouldn’t come back.
Pros:

The location is perfect! Center of Beverly Hills next to the best restaurants and stores.

Cons:

In 5 days stay they only cleaned my room once. There is some policy not clear on the reservation moment that you need to order a cleaning 2 days advice and it is not available everyday.
The bathroom was too small! Huge challenge all the showers.

Cons:

Tiny rooms. The bathroom was the same size as the room.
Small bed.
No option to open a window to get some fresh air in which is essential when u got small room as this one.
