Pros:

Emplacement idéal
Chambres confortables
Il y a quand même des employés accueillant, notamment ceux du buffet
Bon rapport qualité prix
Bon buffet mais il faut varier plus chaque jour

Cons:

Attention ce n'est pas un vrai 5 étoiles. Je mettrais 4 étoiles plutôt.
- L'accueil lors du check in était froid, ce qui m'a laissé une mauvaise première impression. J'avais demandé où était le resto on m'a répondu que tout était via le scan du QR code!
- hotel victime de son succès qui accueille beaucoup de tours organisé. C'est donc l'usine et très bruyant
- le sauna et jacuzzi en panne
- pas de clim dans la salle de sport
- le sol de la chambre n'est pas nettoyé tous les jours
- les rideaux pas assez occultant, résultat on se lève à 5h si on a pas de masque de nuit
- le savon dans des distributeurs en céramique qui peuvent casser dès que ça tombe, ce qui augmente le risque d'amende en cas de casse

Cons:

Работа персонала. При заселении требовали доплату за ребенка, хотя в распечатке с booking четко указано количество, пол, возраст проживающих и стоимость. Согласились только после разборок.
Загруженность лифтов. При выселении 10 минут тупо не мог зайти в лифт с чемоданом. Было время завтрака.

Location, location, location.
Pros:

Room was large and clean, pool was nice and refreshing. Location was smack bang in the middle of everything.

Cons:

This is a very busy hotel, which I didn’t mind, but sometimes getting in a lift was problematic due to demand.
