The location only
It’s gross. Frankly, there are stains on the bathroom ceiling that look like poo, but probably just Rust. Can’t imagine why somebody wouldn’t paint over it. Everything is chipped and extremely outdated. You get the feeling the curtains have never been cleaned. Fed is extremely hard and uncomfortable.
The rooms and beds are excellent. God location.
The shower is difficult to enter for old people, and the shower itself could not stay in position. The aircon was not on, even with 31 degrees.

La Villa Beaumarchais est un bel établissement parisien, propre et agréable, avec un personnel très professionnel et accueillant. Située dans un quartier charmant, elle est à proximité de tout. Le petit-déjeuner complet est servi dans une jolie salle. Les chambres sont impeccables. La machine à café en chambre est également très pratique. J'y retournerai avec plaisir et je la recommande vivement.
