Hotel centrale, ottimo per spostamenti a piedi o con mezzi pubblici.
Pros:

La posizione dell'albergo e cordialità del personale. Spazio colazione all'ultimo piano con vista. Possibilità di viaggiare gratuitamente con i mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

Qualità della colazione. Cibo caldo era tiepido, quasi freddo. Affettato quasi esaurito quando siamo arrivati. La colazione dovrebbe essere compresa nel prezzo della stanza.

Great location near metro and great part of city.

Cons:

Rooms were not nice and the first two floors feel underground. Breakfast crowded and the staff not nice. Walls are paper thin and no trash can in bathroom!

Frühstück in der Glaskuppel mit fantastischer Aussicht!!! Sehr ruhiges Zimmer und gut verdunkelbar zum Schlafen. Alles war perfekt!

Wie in jedem Hotel war die TV-Fernbedienung schmutzig. Jedes Hotel sollte sie desinfizieren für den neuen Gast! Dieses Problem hat wirklich jedes Hotel...

Nicest people you will find in Switzerland
Pros:

The staff could not have been nicer. Everyone was just lovely and so nice. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was amazing. We both had steaks and they were cooked perfectly. Would absolutely come back again.

Wish there was soap for the sink and shower , not just the shower.

Alles wie stets sehr gut, bis auf eine kleine Abweichung vom gewohnten Frühstücks-Service.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hatte an zwei Tagen leider nicht die jahrelang bewährten und von mir geliebten weißen knusprigen Brötchen am Buffet. Erst am dritten Morgen tauchten sie wieder auf.
